This is where all the money goes in DFS and this position, along with running back, demands ample attention. One thing to be learned is that bad matchups aren’t ideal, but it doesn’t by any means indicate you should sit a stud. For example, say you have Braxton Miller on your bench going against the atrocious New Orleans defense. Do you start him over Julio Jones against Seattle? If you said yes, then you need to go back to the basics of fantasy football. That fantasy football for dummies book is looking pretty good for you if you said yes to the above question. Anyways, let’s get into this.

Here are the top 6 wide receivers for Week 6.

Antonio Brown @ MIA

Miami’s allowing the sixth-most fantasy points to wide receivers and it’s Antonio Brown. He’s always going to be a top 5 option. There just isn’t much to be said at this point. He’s an absolute stud.

DeAndre Hopkins vs. IND

Houston is going to make a concentrated effort to get the ball into Hopkins’ hand on Sunday Night Football. He averaged 9.5 receptions for 131.5 yards per game last year against Indy. Believe it or not, but he’s going to be a top 5 wide receiver this week.

Odell Beckham vs. BAL

Beckham scored last week and made up with the net that popped him the previous week. Listen, he’s an exceptional talent who sometimes lets his head get the best of him. Despite stat lines that haven’t been on par with his elite talent, he’s still managed at least nine targets in every game. That alone keeps him in the WR1 conversation, despite a tough matchup.

Allen Robinson @ CHI

Robinson is sporting a nice 25.6 percent share of the passing market and that bodes well for his prospectus in Week 6. He’s scored three touchdowns in his last two games and Chicago is allowing the fifth-highest completion percentage to wideouts this season.

Demaryius Thomas @ SD

The Chargers defense has been decimated by injuries and Thomas’ size will wreak havoc in this matchup. He’s hauled in at least five passes and a touchdown over the last three weeks, and as long as he continues to make his way down the field, he’s a viable option in all formats. He’s in store for a big week.

Julio Jones @ SEA

Richard Sherman may not shadow him all game, but Seattle’s Legion of Boom is no easy feat. It’s a tough matchup, but Jones is by far the best receiving option on this team. Against a fierce defense, Matt Ryan may use his running backs a lot, but Jones should easily exceed last week’s poor performance. Seattle’s allowing the third fewest fantasy points per game to opposing receivers, but Jones is still a must-start.
