FastDraft Rabbit ADP Risers and Fallers: August 29
Kickoff for Week 1 of the 2025 NFL season is now less than a week away, which means time is running out to stock up on your fantasy football best ball drafts. Lucky for you, the drafts over on FastDraft take almost no time at all, and there’s still some room left in both the $10 Rabbit and their Flex-4 contests. The time to draft is now, so don’t be left out in the cold and join one of the fastest-rising fantasy football best ball communities.
Now, if this is your first time hearing about FastDraft, then do yourself a favor and click here for a quick read. That article lays everything out for you about FastDraft, from the basic contest parameters and draft strategies to a full explanation of all the ins and outs of the app. You can also check out this Friday’s Fantasy Alarm Show on SiriusXM Fantasy Sports Radio as Billy Muzio, one of the creators of FastDraft, joined us to add further insights.
Bottom line is that FastDraft has revolutionized drafting. Short clock, short drafts. You’ve got contests like Origins (rookies only) and Flex-4 (draft six flex players, best-ball starts your best four), where the drafts take no more than five minutes. Even less if you set up your own rankings and load them into their Turbo Mode feature, where you can set up to auto-draft off of them for multiple teams – five, 10, 20, you set the number.Â
If those drafts are too abbreviated for you, they also have a contest called The Rabbit, where you’re drafting a true, 15-round best-ball team. It’s the same 20-second clock, which means Rabbit drafts only take about 20 minutes each, and yes, you can also set up Turbo Mode here as well. The experience is spectacular because they make it so easy.
Best of all? They give you the tools to succeed, including a fully comprehensive FastDraft ADP. Not only do they tell you where everyone is going, but they also provide ownership numbers so you can see where the masses are going with their picks. You’ll also see that the ADP is broken up into the individual contests they run. Drafting players in Origins is obviously different from drafting them in the Rabbit, so why would you want one giant lump of ADP data that doesn’t tell an accurate story? The folks at FastDraft know this and, again, have made it as easy as possible for you to succeed.
With the Rabbit in full swing, we can begin to look at some of the ADP risers and fallers. Last week, we began our look at the FastDraft ADP to find a few notable names to keep tabs on. Today, we continue that journey.  Â
Â
Â
FastDraft Rabbit ADP Risers
Matthew Golden, WR Green Bay Packers (ADP: 88.32;Â +7.32)
In a sea of Packers wide receivers, Golden has seemingly stood tall and carved out a fantastic role for himself in this passing attack. Golden has routinely practiced with the first team and has also been held out of preseason games like any other starter. Even better, he’s also proven that he’s more than just a deep threat. We’ve seen his route tree take him across the middle, and we’ve seen him go up on contested catches like a pro. You can feel comfortable drafting him at ADP or even reaching by a round if you need.Â
Austin Ekeler, RB Washington Commanders (ADP: 147.02;Â +10.16)
The inevitable rise of Ekeler stems from two things: first, the trade of Brian Robinson Jr to the San Francisco 49ers. The second is the lack of knowledge that Ekeler is not an every-down back anymore. Those who don’t believe in Jacory Croskey-Merritt flocked to Ekeler after the trade and immediately bumped him up draft boards. But even Ekeler himself has stated that he is nothing more than a third-down, pass-catching back. He doesn’t want the grind of between-the-tackles running anymore and knows that he’s not built for that. One day, people will actually hear the words coming out of his mouth, but until that time comes, let them keep pushing him up draft boards. Â
Ollie Gordon, RB Miami Dolphins (ADP: 149.23;Â +6.20)
Even though De’Von Achane (calf) returned to practice this week, people are still very much in on Gordon right now. And rightfully so, with the news that Jaylen Wright is having a surgical procedure that could keep him out for most of September. Gordon has the chance to become the new Raheem Mostert, a complementary back to Achane, and will likely be used near the goal line. The rookie is 6-foot-1, 226 pounds of muscle and bowls over defensive lines like a champ. He’s still a late-round grab because of the shared role, so don’t push him up too far, especially in this format.Â

FastDraft Rabbit ADP Fallers
Justin Fields, QB New York Jets (ADP: 87.52;Â -5.05)
A little piece of me dies inside every time something negative is said about Fields and my Jets, but I’m still holding out hope that things work out, and the preseason was simply a time where all of the kinks needed to be worked out. But the optics have been less than desirable, and, as such, guys like Drake Maye and Trevor Lawrence are leapfrogging him in the ADP. I still love the mobile upside and will continue to add shares of him, especially in a best ball format, but if you’re scared of what we’ve seen so far, your hesitancy is understandable.
Jaydon Blue, RB Dallas Cowboys (ADP: 126.19;Â -4.76)
The ankle injury this preseason has not been kind to Blue or his standing as the heir apparent to this backfield. He just returned to practice this week, so he is going to need more time before Brian Schottenheimer fully trusts him as his lead running back. I still believe he eventually wins this job outright during the season, but the early-week hopefuls will need to put it on the back burner. It looks like we need more time to see Javonte Williams fail.Â
Kyle Williams, WR New England Patriots (ADP: 140.65;Â -5.18)
While the actual nature of Williams’ injury has yet to be revealed, we do know that he took a hard hit to the head during the Patriots’ preseason game against the Vikings on August 16. He missed about a week and has been slowly integrated back, but it looks like his hold on a starting job has loosened, and we are going to have to watch him outplay Demario Douglas and Bayshon Boutte for a little while longer. Like Blue, I think he eventually wins the job outright, but it certainly won’t be in time for Week 1.
