[caption id="attachment_15967" align="aligncenter" width="445"] After missing Sunday's game with an ankle injury, Zach Randolph may miss more time in Week 19.[/caption]GuardsKirk Hinrich, PG (CHI)–The Bulls consider Kirk Hinrich questionable for Wednesday's game against the Spurs as continues to deal with an elbow injury. He missed Sunday's game after playing in three straight games, so the team likely didn't want him to play on back-to-back nights, which means by Wednesday he should be ready to go. Kyrie Irving, PG (CLE)--The Cavaliers are anticipating the return of Kyrie Irving for Monday's game against the Knicks after missing three straight games with a knee injury. Although he is likely to play tonight, his minutes may be limited, considering he hasn't played in almost a week. Jameer Nelson, PG (ORL)–After missing the team’s last six games with a knee injury, the Magic are considering Jameer Nelson questionable for Monday’s game against the Hornets. The official diagnosis is that he dealing with a bruised left knee,  so fantasy owners must keep an eye out for any information that is released over the next few days. Nick Young, SG (PHI)--The Sixers are hopeful that Nick Young will be able to play on Tuesday after missing the last two games with an ankle injury. With both Young and Jason Richardson out of action, Dorell Wright and Royal Ivey have seen increased minutes, but once he is ready to get back in action, he will return to the starting lineup, so monitor this situation prior to tip off on Tuesday. Tony Parker, PG (SA)–The Spurs received bad news in regards to Tony Parker's ankle injury, and will be without the All-Star point guard for roughly four weeks. Will Parker out, expect to see Nando De Colo, Gary Neal and Patrick Mills take over the point guard duties in his absence. Brandon Beal, SG (WAS)--For now, the Wizards are considering Brandon Beal questionable for Wednesday's game against the Timberwolves after suffering an ankle injury during Sunday's game against the Sixers.  His X-rays came back negative, so it doesn't appear the injury is too serious, but fantasy owners should monitor his status over the next few days to get a better feel for the situation. Rajon Rondo, PG (BOS)–The Celtics received horrible news prior to Sunday’s game involving their All-Star point guard. Rajon Rondo will likely miss the rest of the season with a torn right ACL, which came on a drive to the hoop on Friday night, so owners should drop him now and find a replacement. Mo Williams, PG (UTA)–After suffering a thumb injury, the Jazz don’t expect to have Mo Williams back in their lineup until mid-March. The injury has become more serious than originally expected, and now that Williams will be out for at least one more month, owners should consider dropping him for a healthy alternative. Derrick Rose, PG (CHI)–The Bulls continue to be cautious with Derrick Rose while be continues to rehab from knee surgery and now it appears he may miss the entire season if he feels he is not 100 percent. His level of activity in practice has picked up over the last few weeks, but still has no timetable set for his return. Brandon Roy, SG (MIN)–The Timberwolves had Brandon Roy back in practice the last few weeks, but have yet to determine a return to action. Roy underwent knee surgery back in November and will need to go through a vigorous rehab to return to action.ForwardsZach Randolph, PF (MEM)--After missing last night's game with an ankle injury, the Grizzilies are considering Zach Randolph questionable for Wednesday's game against the Trail Blazers. Randolph suffered the injury on Friday night, but was able to play through the pain and now it appears he may have made it worse by not leaving the court that night. Andrei Kirilenko, SF (MIN)--The Timberwolves are considering Andrei Kirilenko questionable for Monday's game against the Heat after missing the last two games with a calf injury. He has played in just four games since February 8, and at this point it doesn't make sense to rush him back considering the team is nowhere near making a push for a playoff spot. Anthony Davis, PF (NO)--The Hornets consider rookie Anthony Davis questionable for Monday's game against the Magic has be continues to deal with a shoulder injury. Davis missed the team's last two games due to a shoulder sprain, and it doesn't look like the team wants to rush him back, so fantasy owners may want to explore other options for this week. Paul Milsap, PF (UTA)--The Jazz are hopeful that Paul Milsap will be able to suit up Monday night against the Bucks after missing the last two games with an ankle injury. His injury is not considered serious, and would've played on Friday if not for the birth of his child, so fantasy owners should expect to see him back in action tonight. Rudy Gay, SF (TOR)--THe Raptors are hopeful that Ruday Gay will be able to rejoin the team after missing Saturday's game with a back injury. Gay has adjusted well to his new team and has really tuned his season around, so hopefully this injury will not linger so he can finish strong for his fantasy owners. Taj Gibson, PF (CHI)–After missing four straight games with a knee injury, the Bulls are not considering using Taj Gibson until mid-March. Gibson suffered the injury late last week and has yet to resume practicing, so he may be out longer than originally anticipated. Pau Gasol, PF (LAL)–After suffering a torn planta fascia in his right foot, Pau Gasol will be out of the Lakers lineup for six to eight weeks after receiving a second opinion. Gasol was just starting to adapt to the team’s new offense before the injury occurred, so hopefully this will not set him back too far once he returns to action. Glen Davis, PF (ORL)–The Magic took a big blow on their front court a month ago, when Glen Davis suffered a broken foot. He is expected to miss the next few months of action, so owners should consider dropping him since his return likely won’t come until sometime in April. Kevin Love, PF (MIN)–The Timberwolves will be without Kevin Love until mid-March  after an MRI revealed he re-fractured a bone in his right hand. Love missed the start of the season with the same injury, which is never a good thing when deal hand injuries.CentersAl Jefferson, C (UTA)--The Jazz are hopeful that Al Jefferson will be ready to get back into the starting lineup on Monday night after missing Friday night's game with an ankle injury. Jefferson has yet to practice since sustaining the injury, so fantasy owners should monitor his status throughout the week to get a better feel for whether or not to use him over the next few days. Nikola Pekovic, C (MIN)--After missing Saturday's game with an abdomen injury, the Timberwolves consider Nikola Pekovic questionable for Monday night's game against the Heat. Prior to his injury, Pekovic was putting up monster fantasy points, but his inability to stay on the court has hindered his chances of becoming an elite center in the league. Andrew Bogut, C (GS)–It didn’t take long for Andrew Bogut to find his way back onto the injury report, as he continues to struggle with back problems. It was released that Bogut has a protruding disc in his back, which has kept him out of the Warriors lineup for six straight games now, and it doesn't look like his status will be changing anytime soon. Andre Drummond, C (DET)–The Pistons will be without Andre Drummond until at least the middle of March after he fractured his tailbone almost a month ago. Drummond was just starting to become a consistent fantasy threat each night before the injury, so hopefully this injury does not set back his development. Andrew Bynum, C (PHI)–The Sixers will be without Andrew Bynum until at least mid-March as he continues to battle back from a knee injury. Bynum has yet to play this season, but when he returns, he should be a solid fantasy contributor in most categories, so if he is available now is the time to pick him up.
