Houston Texans at Detroit Lions--12:30 PM (THURS)Start--Ryan Broyles, WR (DET) Reason--With Titus Young out for Week 12 due to disciplinary reasons, Ryan Broyles should see an in creased role in the Lions passing game. Teammate Mike Thomas is expected to be fill-in as the team's No. 2 wide receiver, but Broyles has shown the ability to make plays when give a chance, so he is worth a shot this week in what should be a high scoring game.Washington Redskins at Dalls Cowboys--4:15 PM (THURS)Start--Tony Romo, QB (DAL) Reason--Although Tony Romo has been very inconsistent this season, this he should be able to build off of his performance from a week ago. If you take away the Redskins game last week against the Eagles, they have allowed at least 17 fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks in all but two games, making him a must-start on Thanksgiving.New England Patriots at New York Jets--8:20 PM (THURS)Sit--Shonn Greene, RB (NYJ) Reason--The Jets had a lot to talk about after last week's win over the Rams, with one of those topics being the fact that Bilal Powell, not Shonn Greene, found the end zone twice in the team's victory. Although the matchup is a good one, Greene can no longer be trusted considering he is now getting his red zone carries vultured, as if his situation couldn't get worse for his owners.Minnesota Vikings at Chicago Bears--1:00 PMSit--Percy Harvin, WR (MIN) Reason--After failing to make it onto the practice field on Wednesday, Percy Harvin is expected to be questionable for this week's game with the Bears as he continues to deal with an ankle injury. Even if he does play, he will likely be limited, so don't expect to use him in fantasy lineups this week.Oakland Raiders at Cincinnati Bengals--1:00 PMStart--BenJarvus Green-Ellis, RB (CIN) Reason--In last week's win over the Chiefs, BenJarvus Green-Ellis surpassed the 100-yard rushing mark for the first time this season and will be looking to repeat that performance this week against one of the worst run defenses in the league. The Raiders have allowed six rushing touchdowns in their last three games and are averaging just over 21 fantasy points-per-game to opposing running backs, so be sure to get Green-Ellis in your lineups this week.Pittsburgh Steelers at Cleveland Browns--1:00 PMSit--Mike Wallace, WR (PIT) Reason--This suggestion isn't based off of the skill of Mike Wallace, or his most reason outputs, rather for the quarterback that will be leading the Steelers into Cleveland, who is Charlie Batch. There really isn't much that needs to be said about this situation other than it is not ideal for anyone involved and it should be avoided at all costs.Buffalo Bills at Indianapolis Colts--1:00 PMStart--Dwayne Allen, TE (IND) Reason--Despite failing to find the end zone over the last fwe weeks, Dwayne Allen has had an increased role in the Colts offense and considering this week's matchup, he could strike gold. The Bills have allowed three touchdowns to opposing tight ends over their last three games, so as long as he continues to be the team's second option in the passing game, he has a good chance of ending his end zone drought on Sunday.Denver Broncos at Kansas City Chiefs--1:00 PMSit--Dwayne Bowe, WR (KC) Reason--The Chiefs have been horrible all season, and now Dwayne Bowe has joined the company of the rest of his teammates on the "can't start list" in terms of fantasy. He failed to record a catch in last week's loss to the Bengals and considering he will have Champ Bailey draped on him all game long on Sunday, a repeat performance could be in-store for fantasy owners.Seattle Seahawks at Miami Dolphins--1:00 PMSit--Daniel Thomas, RB (MIA) Reason--After failing to come through for me last week, Daniel Thomas is now in the doghouse. The matchup is terrible for Thomas this week as the Dolphins take on the Seahawks, who have allowed just four rushing touchdowns all season, so unless you are in a 16-team fantasy league, it would be wise to go with a different option at the running back position.Atlanta Falcons at Tampa Bay Buccaneers--1:00 PMSit--Mike Williams, WR (TB) Reason--Over his last three games, Mike Williams has just nine receptions without surpassing 70 yards in any of the three games. This week the Buccaneers are matched up against the Falcons, who have been solid against the pass this season, and are averaging just over 15 fantasy points-per-game to opposing wide receivers, so this is looking like another disappointing game for Williams this week.Tennessee Titans at Jacksonville Jaguars--1:00 PMStart--Jalen Parmele, RB (JAC) Reason--After a solid performance in Week 11 against the Texans, the Jaguars have names Jalen Parmele the team's starting running back for this week's game against the Titans. He will now start over Rashad Jennings, in what should be a great matchup, as the Titans continue to struggle against the run, allowed over 20 fantasy points-per-game to opposing running backs this season, so consider him a solid play this week.Baltimore Ravens at San Diego Chargers--4:05 PMStart--Danario Alexander, WR (SD) Reason--Over his last two games Danario Alexander has been a fantasy-monster scoring three touchdowns in his last two games and has become arguably the team's top target in the passing game. This week he is matched up against a Ravens secondary that has been beat up this season, so expect another solid outing for Alexander and the rest of the Chargers passing game.San Francisco 49ers at New Orleans Saints--4:25 PMSit--Chris Ivory, RB (NO) Reason--Chris Ivory failed to repeat his Week 10 production while continuing to split carries with Pierre Thomas and Mark Ingram. This week they face the best run defense they have played all season, so it is hard to recommend any off the Saints running back this week against the 49ers defense.St. Louis Rams at Arizona Cardinals--4:25 PMStart--Arizona Cardinals Defense/Special Teams Reason--No one expected the Cardinals to intercept Matt Ryan five times in Week 11, and now they get another solid matchup when they face off against the Rams in Week 12. The Rams scored just 13 points against the Jets last week, which is nothing to brag about, so the Cardinals should be able to control the pace of this game forcing Sam Bradford to make bad decisions, which gives this group solid fantasy value for this week.Green Bay Packers at New York Giants--8:20 PMStart--Eli Manning, QB (NYG) Reason--I know Eli Manning has been terrible over his last three games, but this week he is matched up against the Packers, who he scored six touchdowns against in two games last season. The Giants are due for a big bounce-back game and if anyone should benefit from one, it would be Manning, so consider using him this week in all fantasy formats.Carolina Panthers at Philadelphia Eagles--8:30 PM (MON)Sit--Brent Celek, TE (PHI) Reason--With rookie quarterback Nick Foles under center one would think Celek would be an easy target for the young quarterback. That is was I was thinking last week and I was proved wrong, even in a favorable matchup, so this week in a bad matchup he should be benched unless you are in desperate need of his services.Other Week 12 AdvicePickups of the WeekTo make setting your Fantasy Football lineup easy, be sure to utilize RotoInfo.com’s new NFL Lineup Grids.Matthew Beck is a Fantasy Sports Columnist for Rotoinfo.com.
