Danny Woodhead, RB (NE)--Although Danny Woodhead hasn’t had much fantasy value outside of the deepest of fantasy leagues this season, he found the end zone twice on Sunday making him someone to consider in standard moving forward. The Patriots continue to use Woodhead in their short-passing game and it has worked out well as of late for him, considering he has recorded at least four receptions in his last four games. Due to his lack of rushing attempts (nine attempts in last three games), his value lies in PPR-leagues rather than standard leagues. I expect the Patriots will continue using him in the passing game, which is their main source of offense, so he should be able to produce enough to make him worth using a waive claim on him this week despite the fact he is the No. 3 running back depth chart behind Stevan Ridley and Shane Vereen. Jacquizz Rodgers, RB (ATL)--The Falcons have been rolling this season and a lot of that has to do with their well-balanced offensive attack, but it looks as if the wheels are starting to fall off of Michael Turner making Jacquizz Rodgers a must-add this week. On just three rushing attempts in Week 10 Rodgers finished with 29 yards compared to Turner’s 13 carries for 15 yards, to go along with hauling in four receptions for 33 yards. Moving forward it only make sense for the Falcons to give Rodgers more of the workload out of the backfield, considering Turner has averaged over four yards per carry in his last five games only once, again proving that he is wearing down at the season goes on. While I don’t think Rodgers will get more carries than Turner from here on out, the Falcons will need to do something to keep Turner’s legs fresh as the playoff’s slowly approach and Rodgers should be the main beneficiary of that approach. Joique Bell, RB (DET)--Despite being given just one rushing attempt in Week 10, Joique Bell was active in the Lions offense hauling in seven catches for 44 yards in a loss to the Vikings keeping him relevant in fantasy circles. The Lions continue to start slow in games making for a lot of passing situations in the second half of games, and it has really benefited Bell this season.  Over his last three games Bell has recorded 14 receptions on 16 targets, which should continue to get him enough targets moving forward considering he is catching passes as such a high rate. Mikel Leshoure’s name seems to finds its way onto the Lions injury report each week, and if the injuries continue to pile up, he may start to miss games which would only boost Bell’s fantasy value even more. At this point Bell is considered a solid play in PPR leagues, but if he continues to be used effectively in the passing game, he could start to be a good play in standard leagues, if he plays his cards right. Danario Alexander, WR (SD)--The Chargers passing game has started to pick up some momentum over the last two weeks and Danario Alexander has been a major contributor to their success. Alexander had a breakout performance opposite Malcom Floyd in Week 10 hauling in five receptions for 134 yards and a touchdown in just his second game of the season. He has now recorded eight receptions for 195 yards in his only two games of the season and is quickly earning the attention of Philip Rivers and fantasy owners alike. Alexander has been targeted 10 times in the Chargers passing attack over that span taking away targets from Both Floyd and Antonio Gates, but in the long run it will help out the team as a whole. Injuries limited Alexander’s potential in his time with the Rams, playing in just 16 games in two seasons, but the Chargers are giving him a chance and so should fantasy owners in need of wide receiver depth, so pick him up with confidence. Donald Jones, WR (BUF)--It appears Donald Jones has finally started to live up to his potential over the last two weeks, recording six receptions in two straight games as the Bills No. 2 receiver behind Stevie Johnson. His Week 9 and Week 10 totals tie his previous career-high in receptions and more importantly he is starting to show some consistency, which he has lacked over his three-year career. Ryan Fitzpatrick has found a liking for Jones, targeting him 19 times over the last team’s last two games, which has lead all pass catchers. The bottom line with Jones is if he continues to get the targets his fantasy value will only go up from here, so I see him as a great addition for the remainder of the season. Outside of a Week 15 matchup with the Seahawks, the Bills have very favorable matchups in the passing game, including two games against the Dolphins and games against the Jaguars, Jets and Colts, so Jones could benefit greatly from here on out.   Donnie Avery, WR (IND)--This is the second time I have suggested picking up Donnie Avery, and maybe this time fantasy players will listen. Outside of Reggie Wayne, Avery has been the most targeted player in the Colts passing game and that doesn’t appear to be changing anytime soon. Avery has recorded at least four receptions in his last five games including one game in which he went over 100 yards receiving. The only downfall to picking up Avery is that he has just one touchdown on the season, but the Colts have been running the ball a lot once near the end zone, so that is out of our hands. The Colts matchup with the Patriots this week, and considering the trouble the Patriots have defending the pass, Avery is a nice pickup to be inserted immediately into starting lineups. Avery should be considered a solid pickup, especially for those who own the likes of Victor Cruz, Hakeem Nicks and Percy Harvin, who are all on a bye-week in Week 11. Zach Miller, TE (SEA)--There weren’t many breakout performances from the tight end position in Week 10, but Zach Miller did make a lasting impression in the Seahawks win over the Jets. Miller hasn’t been involved in the Seahawks offense on a consistent level this season which has forced many fantasy owners to forget about his solid pass-catching abilities he showed in his days with the Raiders. In Week 10 Miller led the Seahawks in receptions with five catches for 37 yards but failed to find the end zone, where he has only gone once this season. It appears Miller is starting to earn the trust of Russell Wilson and if they continue to build on their relationship on the field, Miller could become a decent tight end for the rest of the season. As for now Miller should only be added in desperate situations, but once the Seahawks return from their bye-week and take on the Dolphins, we should have a better take on his involvement in the offense. Nick Foles, QB (PHI)--Two weeks ago I discussed how Nick Foles would be a solid add if the Eagles were to bench Michael Vick, well it never happened, but after Vick’s concussion in Week 10 we could be looking at the future of the Eagles taking the snaps on Sunday. Early reports indicated that Vick’s concussion was “significant” and the team is unsure if he will be able to suit up against the Redskins. He will take the first-team snaps at practice this week as the Eagles prepare for a must-win divisional game, and as of now it appears he will be running the offense on Sunday. The Redskins defense has allowed a lot of production to opposing offenses this season and this would be a great spot to use Foles, if he in fact starts, if needed. Those who own Vick should use a waiver-claim on Foles to protect your investment, and non-owners may want to consider him as well as he appears to fit the offensive scheme very well. Cincinnati Bengals Defense/Special Teams--The Bengals defense posted its highest fantasy points total since Week 4 in their Week 10 win over the Giants, and this week looks to be another good week for the group, considering their matchup. The Chiefs will be hosting the Bengals on Sunday, and their offense has many holes that can be exploited by the Bengals group, making them a solid add for this week. After reviewing their remaining schedule, I don’t think the Bengals defensive group can be trusted every week, but they can be used in certain matchups over the remainder of the season. If you own the Vikings defense or the Seahawks defense, it would be wise to consider adding this group with both teams on a bye-week.To make setting your Fantasy Football lineup easy, be sure to utilize RotoInfo.com’s new NFL Lineup Grids.Matthew Beck is a Fantasy Sports Columnist for Rotoinfo.com.
