Catcher
Cash Play: Buster Posey is my top play at catcher tonight vs De La Rosa who he is 4-8 with a HR and two walks against. The Giants currently have the second highest team total tonight.
GPP plays: Wilson Ramos is on the team with the highest run total by far tonight. He sat out last night except for a pinch hit AB, and should be back in the lineup for use in a National’s stack. I really like Jonathan Lucroy’s price on DK vs the lefty Skaggs, and has hit safely in 9 of his last 10 games.
Value Plays: While Gary Sanchez is in play due to his potential upside, I’m okay taking a chance with the cheaper Austin Romine. McCann went deep twice last night vs the righty, so maybe Austin can do the same vs a lefty tonight. Kurt Suzuki works in a Twins stack as he is 5-15 with a HR vs Salazar.

First Base
Cash Plays: Anthony Rizzo and Edwin Encarnacion once again lead the way at first for me tonight. Rizzo is 4-8 with 3 HR’s over his last two games, and now faces the righty Musgrove who is homer prone. Encarnacion is 13-34 with 3 HR’s off Porcello. Encarnacion provides you with a nice DK discount.
GPP Plays: Very close to being on my cash roster is Brandon Belt. Belt has taken De La Rose deep in the past, and went deep in his last game to end his six game hitless streak. Jose Abreu has reached base safely in 33 out of his last 34 games. He’s 3-13 with 2 HR’s off Ventura, and coming off a 6-12 series vs Detroit. Freddie Freeman is on a 14 game hit streak and faces the righty rookie in Gsellman.
Value Play: Adam Lind should get the call vs the righty tonight after watching the righty Lee go deep last night. Lind is coming off a 2 HR game with his last four hits all going for extra bases.

Second Base
Cash plays: Ian Kinsler has a great price on DK for being 5-9 with a HR off Gausman. On FD, I prefer Daniel Murphy over Dozier at a similar price. Murphy is 2-3 off the righty Thompson, and is 7-13 over his last three games. There are some punt options as well that can be used for cash under value plays.
GPP plays: Brian Dozier is 11-23 with 2 HR’s off Salazar. His five game HR streak ended last night with a single as his lone hit. I like him most for gpp’s, but definitely playable in cash. Ryan Schimpf provides you with a late night hammer option. He has two doubles and two homers over his last three games.
Value Plays: Kolten Wong has been swinging a hot bat lately, but Garcia may get the call tonight. Like their prices best on Aces. Another spot start player can be Tommy LaStella tonight. If he’s in the lineup, he usually bats in the top six before getting pinch hit for later in the game.

Third Base
Cash Plays: Both Nolan Arenado and Matt Carpenter have the same price on DK, and both in nice matchups. Even though he has a poor ballpark shift, Nolan has hit Perdomo well going 3-5 with 2 HR’s. Carpenter would be my preferred option vs Nelson is the weather holds up. He’s 6-13 off Nelson, and has scored a run in four straight games.
GPP plays: Feel free to use any of the below players in cash games due to their plus matchups as well. Adrian Beltre has disappointed lately with the opportunities he has had, but gets another one vs the lefty Skaggs. Manny Machado is 1-3 with a homer off Fulmer, and had five hits over his last two games. Kyle Seager works in a Seattle stack as he went deep last night to make it two of his last three games during his current nine game hit streak.
Value Plays: While they are not really considered value plays, both Jose Reyes and Jung-Ho Kang are cheaper options than those listed above. Reyes is coming off back to back games where he homered and singled. Kang is 7-13 over his last three games with 3 homers, 7 RBI’s, and 5 runs. His price has jumped on DK, but still in play on FD.

Shortstop
Cash Plays: Brandon Crawford is 5-17 with 2 HR’s of De La Rosa, and his price and matchup makes him a solid play. On DK, I can see a few going with Jonathan Villar who is 6-13 with 3 HR’s and 2 SB’s over his last two games. The matchup isn’t ideal, but Villar is 3-9 off Martinez.
GPP Plays: First, I’m playing Trea Turner in 2B/SS on Aces paired with Murphy again until his price increases. Jose Pereza has the ability to hit value with the single, SB, and run during every AB. He just plays on a bad team right now and best used for gpp only. The talk in Chicago is the Addison Russell is a future mvp. His price doesn’t say so and neither does his average. Still, a cheap player on a strong offense is never a bad option.
Value Play: Dansby Swanson’s price is starting to increase, so the new near minimum price option for now looks to be Wilmer Difo is in the lineup. Ketel Marte also works in a team stack option if batting in the top of the lineup.

Outfield
All of the Nationals OF are in play, but price wise, Jayson Werth is the best play. He’s 1-3 with a homer off Thompson, and should bounce back after a disappointment like most Washington players were yesterday. Steven Souza Jr. will and should be a popular play tonight will his low salary. He’s 8-17 with 3 HR’s off Pineda, and coming off a 2 HR game. I like the Royals OF with Lorenzo Cain on FD and Paolo Orlando on DK. Both have hit Rodon well with Cain being 5-8 and Orlando 3-7. Orlando is also on a six game hit streak and like him best in DK for cash. Cain has been out since the end of August, but should be back tonight. Gregory Polanco is much more expensive than McCucthen, so may be under owned. He’s 2-2 with a homer off Adleman. Pairing him with other Pirates may make for a nice stack option.
The Angels are a high risk/high reward team to roster players from tonight. While they may work best for late night only games, their 2-5 have all taken Yu deep before, while Kole Calhoun and Mike Trout leading the way. Kole is 3-8 with 2 HR’s, and Trout is 10-34 with 4 HR’s. Max Kepler works best paired with Dozier and Suzuki. He went 2-2 with 2 HR’s off Carasco during his three HR night back in early August. His last 5 HR’s off all came off Cleveland pitching.
