As we head into the weekend of Week Ten of the NFL 2020 Season, as we all know there are statuses we will have to keep an eye on! The Fantasy Alarm NFL Injury Report for Week Ten will cover the most important statuses you need to monitor!

Christian McCaffrey RB, CAR (Shoulder) –

If you have not seen yet, CMC has already been ruled out after taking a hit in his shoulder late in the Panther’s Week nine match against the Chiefs and it seems that it turned out to be a bit more severe than expected. McCaffrey has already been ruled out for their clash against the Buccaneers on Sunday and could also be in danger of missing the following week, as well. We will continue to monitor his status heading into Week eleven!

Allen Robinson II WR, CHI (Knee) –

It is likely more due to the fact that there is no other designation to place on Arob than “questionable” as to why he even has a designation at all. It is evident that he was only limited in practice this week towards the latter part of the week, but we likely feel there is no danger for Robinson to miss the Bear’s Week ten match against the Vikings. However, it is important to make sure there aren’t any setbacks before the Bears play on Monday Night Football.

Nick Chubb RB, CLE (Knee) –

It still seems as if Chubb has to await medical clearance from the Brown’s medical staff before he will be able to have a spot made for him on the active roster leading up until the Brown’s Week ten tilt against the Texans. It was a very nice sight to see that Chubb has done away with the knee brace that housed the right knee he suffered an injury to during both Thursday and Friday’s practice sessions, so hopefully this even more solidifies the fact that it seems he is ready to return. As we know though, we must keep an eye on the reports over the weekend leading up until game-time, but the best thing is that this game is an early start on Sunday, so this information should be out before kick at the latest.

Chris Carson RB, SEA (Foot) –

Carson is still carrying the “questionable” designation into the weekend as the Seahawks prepare to travel into Los Angeles to take on the Rams on Sunday afternoon. The injury once again held him out of practice this week, but the coaching staff still seem to feel optimistic that he may be able to make a return for this match against the Rams. We will have to watch his status, and it may be a bit dicey as it is one of the few afternoon starts on Sunday.

Joe Mixon RB, CIN (Foot) –

Another player dealing with a foot injury is Mixon, and he is listed as “doubtful” for the Bengal’s road trip to Pittsburgh on Sunday. This doesn’t come as much of a surprise as Mixon was once again not able to practice all week in preparation, so we can generally use this as an indicator that he isn’t ready to take the field yet. I would likely bank on Mixon sitting once again, ceding way to back-up running back Gio Bernard to carry the duties for this matchup.

Kenny Golladay WR, DET (Hip) –

Golladay continues to deal with a hip injury that has kept him out since Week eight and it will take Week ten from his as well as he has already been ruled OUT for the Lion’s game on Sunday against the Washington Football Team. This isn’t great news for Golladay fantasy backers, but there is a chance he makes a return to the Lions roster in Week 11.

Jerry Jeudy WR, DEN (Shoulder) –

Jeudy suffered a shoulder injury in the Bronco’s showdown with the Falcons in Week nine and this injury seems to still be lingering around as it has placed the “questionable” designation on Jeudy heading into the weekend. Jeudy was not able to suit up for the Wednesday session of Bronco’s practice, but was able to be a limited participant in both Thursday and Friday’s practice sessions. Head Coach Vic Fangio says he is “pretty confident” that Jeudy will be able to suit up for the Bronco’s Week ten tilt against the Raiders on Sunday afternoon.

David Montgomery RB, CHI (Concussion) –

The concussion that Monty sustained in the Bear’s Week nine clash against the Titans seems to be more of a severe head injury as Montgomery was not able to take the practice field all week. This does not bode well at all for the availability of Monty heading into the weekend, but the best news is that his game isn’t until Monday night, so this means he will have just a smidge more time to try to pass the concussion protocol. Not practicing all week will definitely work against him here, but we will continue to monitor his status over the weekend.

David Johnson RB, HOU (Concussion) –

Not a similar story here for DJ compared to Montgomery with the same head injury. Johnson also took a hit to the head in the Texan’s Week nine showdown with the Jaguars and it has already been deemed that he will be ruled OUT for their Week ten match against the Browns. Duke Johnson will be asked to see an increase load in his absence for this one.

T.J. Hockenson TE, DET (Toe) –

Hockenson is dealing with the same toe injury that kept him with a “questionable” designation all of Week nine. He is currently also listed as “questionable” to take the field for the Lions in their upcoming game against the Washington Football Team on Sunday. Hock was held out of practice on Thursday but was able to return in limited fashion for Friday’s session, so this does look a bit better for his chances of taking the playing field on Sunday. A status to keep an eye on.

Kenyan Drake RB, AZ (Ankle) –

Drake is being listed as a “game-time decision” heading into the Cardinal’s upcoming game against the Bills on Sunday afternoon. Drake was able to take the practice field in limited sessions from Wednesday to Friday of this week and thus giving him an ample chance at making a return to the playing field for Week ten. It was reported that Drake’s availability would basically solely ride on how his ankle reacted to pregame warm ups on Sunday according to Head Coach Kliff Kingsbury.
