What’s up, FANation? Back again for yet another edition of the Fantasy Alarm NBA DFS Value Vault! Already quite a few spots of value opening for today’s 11-game slate, and there is sure to be some more before tip. Let’s see where we are at currently.

DRAFTKINGS

1.) Alec Burks ($5,300)- Burks continues to play well (pretty much crush), yet we see his price go down. Today, DK’s prices are really a mess, and there is lots of mis-prices, and I truly believe this is absolutely one of them. Burks continues to see 30+ mins a game, and has in every single game except two so far, this season. Even with Russell returning, in what we all thought would be the end of Burks, has not been the case. He has still been very productive, as he has now topped 30 fantasy points in his last five of six contests, with two of those eclipsing 40. Again, this price makes zero sense for Burks’s floor-time, usage, and the match-up tonight with the T-Wolves at home.

2.) Chris Boucher ($3,500)- As mentioned, there are already quite a few obvious value spots. I think Boucher could easily be one, but at his price, you really can’t say no. Especially when you are trying to fit in those higher-end players you will need tonight. Boucher is fresh off a 24 minute, 41.3 fantasy point effort his last time out against the Mavericks. Tonight, he gets a Pacers team that hasn’t exactly been the greatest against opposing Centers. In games that Boucher has seen 20+ mins, there have been three in the last 15 games, in those three he has put up 41.3, 36.5, and 32.8 FPs. I highly believe there is very nice upside, may be chalky upside, however, this is the good chalk you will need to max upside tonight.

3.) Shabazz Napier ($3,400)- Napier got the starting nod in the T-Wolves last game out over Jarrett Culver . He did not disappoint, as he played 30 minutes on the night and put up 35.5 fantasy points. If Napier is rewarded with yet another starting role tonight on the road against the Warriors, this is absolutely a piece of this game we will want at such a great price. Nonetheless, if he starts he will likely be chalky as well, but he has still seen 20 or more minutes in his last three contests even if he doesn’t start for whatever reason, while also putting up 23.6, 18.5, and 35.5 in those three as well, so this puts a little perspective into his production. The price is too good.

FANDUEL

1.) Kevin Huerter ($5,400)- I really like the price on Huerter on FD tonight. He has seen over 30 mins on the floor in his last four of five contests since seeing his minutes restriction get lifted, and he has been highly productive putting up 29.2, 25.8, and 36.1 FanDuel points in his last three. We already know how bad the Cavs are against the SG spot, and with Collins returning tonight, I think it is a fair assumption to say that Reddish will likely head to the bench with Huerter starting at the SG spot. This bodes very well for this match up as mentioned, and Huerter has shown he can present upside with a 36.1 effort already in his last three. He has also recorded at least one steal in his last eight of nine, while totaling 10 total steals over his last eight as well. Not to mention the three blocks over his last five. See decent value here on Huerter against the Cavs tonight.

2.) Ish Smith ($4,500)- Ish comes right back into our loving arms once again at a much cheaper price than last time, as his price went back down due to the reverting of Isaiah Thomas getting his starting PG spot back. However, IT3 is now suspended for the next two games and we get cheap Ish again here on FD (highly likely to be played on both major sites). Ish is likely to be matched up with the likes of Elfrid Payton of the Knicks, and we know how bad Elf is on defense. We have already seen Ish be very production in place of IT in the starting role, and we can pretty much bank on Ish playing 28 or more minutes tonight, making him a marvelous value at this price.

3.) Bobby Portis ($3,900)- There is a decent chance that the Knicks could be without a few key players tonight, those being starting Center Taj Gibson (illness), and starting SF Marcus Morris has already been ruled out with a sore Achilles. If Taj is ruled out, BP will come into play, but I still think even if Taj plays, BP will still have some decent value at this price. He has now seen 20 or more minutes in his last three contests, while putting up 18.3, 51.6, and 25.4 in those three. The 51.6 FD point game was accrued in only 24 short minutes of floor-time, so we obviously see the ceiling that BP has when given ample run. Oh, not to mention, this is a revenge spot against his former team in the Wizards as well.
