Paul Millsap isn't working out at the Nuggets' practice facility because he has his own basketball court in his basement.
"I felt like it was beneficial for me to stay at home and let the guys who don’t have access to a gym to go in and get their workouts in,” Millsap said. He began a plyometrics class days after the NBA shutdown, and said he's improved his vertical leap while focusing on getting "faster and stronger." It sounds like Millsap will come back as fit as possible, given the circumstances.
