Duran followed up his breakout 2024 with a solid, if slightly regressed, 2025. He played 160 games, compiling massive counting stats (84 RBI, 24 SB) while playing Gold Glove-caliber defense. His power dipped slightly (16 HR), but he remains an electric spark plug. 

2026 Outlook: A locked-in everyday outfielder who provides elite speed and run-scoring equity. He may not be a superstar, but his floor is incredibly high due to his volume of playing time and leadoff skills. After capturing the All-Star Game MVP award and leading the league in doubles and triples in 2024, Duran faced tougher adjustment from pitchers in 2025 but held his own. His slight dip in batting average was offset by his elite defense and durability, as he has now played 160+ games in back-to-back seasons.
