Week 2 Injury ReportQuarterbacksBlaine Gabbert (JAC)--After suffering an injury to his right hand in Week 1, the Jaguars have already ruled Gabbert out for Sunday's game against the Raiders. His injury may keep him out for an extended period of time, although he really holds no fantasy value outside of deep two-quarterback leagues.Running BacksReggie Bush (DET)--As expected, Bush was a full participant in practice on Thursday and is expected to be listed as probable for Sunday's game against the Cardinals. Bush suffered injuries to both his groin and thumb in Week 1, but was not limited at all during practice this week, which is great news for the lions and his fantasy owners.Arian Foster (HOU)--After being a full participant in practice on Thursday, the Texans are confident that Foster will be active for Week 2 against the Titans. Foster missed the entire preseason with both calf and back injuries was will likely be used on a limited basis early in the season, but either way, it will be nice to see him back in the Texans backfield.Vick Ballard (IND)--Despite being limited in practice with a minor knee injury, the Colts expect to have Ballard slit carries with Ahmad Bradshaw in Sunday's game against the Dolphins. Ballard practice in full Wednesday, so the Colts were likely just taking it easy on Ballard to prevent any setbacks to secure his availability for Week 2.Rashard Mendenhall (ARI)--Despite being limited in practice over the last few days the Cardinals expect Mendenhall to be ready for Sunday's game against the Lions. Mendenhall has been bothered by a mild hamstring injury that had made him a limited participant in practice for two weeks now, so consider to move by the Cardinals to be a precaution rather than a necessity.Jamaal Charles (KC)--The Chiefs welcomed Charles back to the practice field on Thursday, but in a limited capacity, after sitting out the beginning of the week with a quadriceps injury. The Chiefs will likely list him as questionable for this week's game, but the fact that he was able to practice suggests he will be ready for Week 2.Le'Veon Bell (PIT)--There was a chance that the Steelers would have their top running back option in the backfield for Week 2, but after not being able to practice this week, the Steelers have already ruled Bell out for Week 2. The best case scenario for Bell would be a return in Week 5 following the Steelers bye week, so fantasy owners should consider that his targeted return date at this given time.Daryl Richardson (STL)--After missing practice on Wednesday with a foot injury, Richardson was able to return to the field in limited duties Thursday, which has increased his chances of playing in Week 2. The Rams will likely list him as questionable on their official injury report later on today, but unless he suffers a setback, he will be good to go.Wide ReceiversJulio Jones (ATL)--The Falcons will most likely have their standout wide receiver for Sunday's game against the Rams, despite Jones being limited in practice on Thursday. Jones is dealing with a knee injury that kept him out of drill son Wednesday, so unless something changes for the worst, he will be active Sunday and be the primary deep threat for quarterback Matt Ryan.Larry Fitzgerald (ARI)--After being limited in practice for the second straight day, the Cardinals are unsure if they will have Fitzgerald on the field on Sunday. Fitzgerald has been bothers by a hamstring injury, which will likely force the team to list him as questionable when they release their official injury report later on today. If Fitzgerald is inactive, look for Andre Roberts and Michael Floyd to have a boost in targets in the Cardinals passing game.Dex Bryant (DAL)--After being a full participant in practice on Thursday, Bryant believes that he will not be limited at all during Sunday's game against the Chiefs. Bryant is dealing with a mild foot sprain that he sustained in Week 1, but will be listed as probable when the Cowboys release their official injury report later on today.Eric Decker (DEN)--The Broncos will likely list Decker as probable for Sunday's game against the Giants after he was a full participant in practice on Thursday. Barring any unforeseen setbacks to his mildly injury shoulder, be sure to get Decker into your starting lineups.Wes Welker (DEN)--For the second straight day, Welker was a limited participant in practice as he continues to deal with a minor ankle injury. His lack of participation is likely just a precaution as he appears to already be on the same page with Peyton Manning, so don't expect him to miss this week's game against a very vulnerable Giants secondary.Cecil Shorts (JAC)--Despite being limited in practice on Thursday, it appears the Jaguars will have their top receiving option for Sunday's game against the Raiders. Shorts is dealing with a minor groin injury, but there is nothing to suggest he will not be able to suit up so get him in your starting lineups.Danny Amendola (NE)--After missing Thursday's game with a groin injury, it was released that there is a chance Amendola will miss additional time past Week 2. This is very disheartening for those who drafted him his season, but then again, you should have known an injury would happen eventually based on his track record.Roddy White (ATL)--There is a good chance the Falcons consider White as a game-time decision for Week 2 against the Rams after he was unable to practice on Thursday. White is still recovery from a high-ankle sprain that limited him snaps in Week 1, so even if he does play he is not even close to being 100 percent. So fantasy owners will want to have a backup plan ready.Jacoby Jones (BAL)--The Ravens expect Jones to be out 4-6 weeks with a sprained MCL in his right knee, which he injured during the season opener against the Broncos. Barring any setbacks, a return by the end of October is likely what the Ravens are shooting for with Jones, but in terms of fantasy, he really isn't worth holding onto at this point.Tight EndsJermichael Finley (GB)--The Packers will have to make a tough decision on Friday when putting together their injury report in regards to Finley, who was a limited participant in practice on Thursday. If Finley does not make any progress in terms of his ailing toe there is a chance he will miss Sunday's showdown with the Redskins, so fantasy owners will want to monitor this situation prior to kickoff.Owen Daniels (HOU)--The Texans will likely list Daniels questionable for Sunday's game against the Titans after be was unable to be a full participant in practice on Thursday. Daniels is dealing with both back and groin injuries he sustained on Monday night, and with a short week, did not have the proper time to shake it off.Dwayne Allen (IND)--The Colts may be without Allen in Week 2 after he was unable to practice on Thursday as he continues to deal with a hip injury sustained last Sunday. We will know more on his status once the Colts release their official injury report, but things are not looking good for him, especially if he is unable to practice on Friday.Rob Gronkowski (NE)--For the second straight week the Patriots were without the services of Gronkowski, but there are rumblings out of Boston that there is a chance he plays in Week 3. With 10 days in between games, the Patriots will have extra time to decide his status moving forward, but either way, this has to be an encouraging sign for his fantasy owners.Rob Housler (ARI)--The Cardinals may be without their top option at tight end for the second straight week after Housler was a non-participant at practice for the second straight day on Thursday. Housler is dealing with an ankle injury, and if he doesn't suit up for practice on Friday that would almost guarantee he will be inactive when the Lions come to town.
