Johnson has now pitched back-to-back days, so there is a chance he will not be used in the series finale on Thursday, so plan accordingly. 10 PC-7 ST (5/8/13) (SU) Darren O’Day (R)–Picked up his fifth hold of the season Wednesday after recording the first two outs of the eighth inning, both via the strikeout. With closer Jim Johnson pitching back-to-back days, there is a chance either O'Day or Pedro Strop will be used in the ninth inning on Thursday, if a save situation arises. 19 PC-14 ST (5/8/13) (MR) Pedro Strop (R)–Pitched a scoreless ninth inning Thursday in a non-save situation retiring all three batters he faced in order. With Jim Johnson unavailable, Strop would have been used in a save situation, but that just wasn't how the cookie crumbled in this contest. 12 PC-9 ST (5/9/13) Boston Red Sox (CL) Shaky  Junichi Tazawa (R)--Was used in the ninth inning Wednesday night in a  non-save situation allowing one run on two hits. This was his first appearance since the team named him the closer, so hopefully his next outing will be in a much more meaningful role to reward those you snatched him off the waiver wire. 18 PC-12 ST (5/8/13) (SU) Koji Uehara (R)–Pitched a scoreless eighth inning Thursday striking out all three batters he faced in the inning. He needed only 14 pitches to work through the appearance, in was his most dominant outing of the season. 14 PC-10 ST (5/9/13) (MR) Andrew Miller (L)--Pitched a scoreless eighth inning Wednesday night striking out the sire on just 14 pitches. With the recent injuries to key players in the Red Sox bullpen, Miller will now move into a more meaningful role, which could result in an increase in fantasy value for those in holds leagues. 14 PC-9 ST (5/8/13) Injured-- Andrew Bailey (Biceps), Joel Hanrahan (Forearm)Chicago White Sox(CL) Solid Addison Reed (R)–Was used in a non-save situation Wednesday night allowing one run on three hits in the ninth inning. Luckily for Reed, the White Sox had a big enough cushion that the run did not hurt him, but he has now totaled three earned runs allowed over his last three innings of work. 27 PC-20 ST (5/8/13) (SU) Matt Thornton (L)–Recorded the final out of the seventh inning Wednesday night but did allowed one run (unearned) on two hits. This was Thornton has started to be sued in these type of situations more and more as the season progresses, which has caused his fantasy value to take a hit. 11 PC-7 ST (5/8/13) (SU) Jesse Crain (R)–Picked up his ninth hold of the season Wednesday night after pitching a scoreless eighth inning allowing one walk while striking out three batters. Crain has looked great this season, and at this point he looks to be the main setup man for the White Sox, which warrants him a spot on rosters in holds leagues. 18 PC-12 ST (5/8/13) Cleveland Indians (CL) Solid Chris Perez (R)–Collected is fifth save of the season Wednesday night after working out of  a jam in the top of the ninth inning. A controversial call on an Adam Rosales home run allowed Perez to walk away cleanly from this outing, but the ball clearly was a home run, and was called a double on the field, so his owners should feel lucky after this one. 25 PC-19 ST (5/8/13) (SU) Joe Smith (R)--Picked up his third hold of the season Wednesday after pitching a scoreless eighth inning allowing one hit while striking out two batters. Smith has done an excellent job since Vinny Pestano went down with an injury, and could become  solid add in holds leagues with a few more outings like this. 17 PC-12 ST (5/8/13) (MR) Bryan Shaw (R)–Earned his second hold of the season Monday despite allowing one urn on two hits in 1.2 innings of relief. Despite the injury to Vinny Pestano, it appears Shaw as passed by Joe Smith for the team's setup role, so don't expect him fantasy value to increase at this time. 29 PC-17 ST (5/6/13) Injured--Vinny Pestano (Elbow)Detroit Tigers(CL) Solid Jose Valverde (R)–Pitched a scoreless eighth inning Thursday retiring all three batters he faced in order on only seven pitches. This was Valverde's first appearance since last Friday, so despite it not being a save situation, the Tigers wanted him to get some work in so he wouldn't get rusty. 7 PC-5 ST (5/9/13) (SU) Joaquin Benoit (R)–Pitched a scoreless eighth inning Wednesday night retiring all three batters he faced in order. This was Benoit's first appearance since last Thursday, so expect to see him available over the next few days. 25 PC-17 ST (5/8/13) (MR)  Al Alburquerque (R)--Pitched one inning of relief on Saturday night allowing one run on three hits while striking out two batters. The Tigers had a 16 run lead before Alburquerque entered the game, so it wasn't like this poor outing was going to cost them the game or anything. 21 PC-16 ST (5/4/13) Injured– Octavio Dotel (Shoulder), Phil Coke (Groin) Houston Astros (CL) Shaky Jose Veras (R)–Recorded his fourth save of the season Wednesday night after pitching a 1-2-3 ninth inning striking out one batter. Vera has now pitched back-to-back days, but may still be used if a save situation arises, considering he has kept low pitch counts over the last two days. 9 PC-6 ST (5/8/13) (SU) Wesley Wright (L)–Pitched a scoreless ninth inning on Sunday in a non-save situation allowing two hits on 15 pitches thrown. Wright has been one of the better relievers for the Astros this season, which isn't saying much, and if there was to be a change in the depth chart, Wright may be worth monitoring in NL-Only formats and deep mixed leagues. 15 PC-10 ST (5/5/13) (MR) Hector Ambriz (R)--Took the loss and was charged with a blown-save Thursday after allowing three runs on two hits and two walks in the seventh inning. Ambriz recorded only one out in the appearance, and has now allowed four earned-runs over his last 1.2 innings of work. 25 PC-13 ST (5/9/13) Injured–Josh Fields  (Forearm) Kansas City Royals (CL) Solid Greg Holland (R)–Was charged with a blown-save of the season Monday after allowing one run on four hits in the ninth inning. Holland has now pitched back-to-back days and will likely be unavailable to pitch on Tuesday when the Royals travel to Baltimore to take on the Orioles. 27 PC-13 ST (5/6/13) (SU) Kelvin Herrera (R)–Pitched a scoreless eighth inning Thursday allowing one hit while striking out two batters. Herrera was thought the be the next closer in Kansas City after early season struggles from Greg Holland, but Herrera experienced trouble of his own which derailed any plans of him taking over the ninth inning. 11 PC-11 ST (5/9/13) (MR) Aaron Crow (R)–Earned his sixth hold of the season Thursday after pitching a 1-2-3 seventh inning striking out two batters. Crow has been very effective this season, allowing just one run through his first 9.1 innings, and could see time in the setup role if Kelvin Herrera remains inconsistent. 11 PC-8 ST (5/9/13) Los Angeles Angels (CL) Shaky Ernesto Frieri (R)–Collected his fifth save of the season on Thursday after recording the final five outs of the game. Scott Downs left after recording just one out hit due to injury, so Frieri was called upon for another non-traditional save, and was able to get the job done on 20 pitches thrown. 20 PC-15 ST (5/9/13) (SU) Scott Downs (L)–Earned his sixth hold of the season Thursday despite leaving the game due to an injury after recording only one out in the eighth inning. Downs may find himself on the disabled list, and if that is the case look for Mark Lowe to fill-in as the team's setup man. 8 PC-6 ST (5/9/13) (MR) Mark Lowe (R)--In his season debut Tuesday night Lowe pitched 1.2 innings of relief allowing one walk while striking out one batter. With the injuries to both Ryan Madson and Sean Burnett, Lowe should get a lot of opportunities for holds moving forward, making him someone to target in league with that format. 16 PC-11 ST (5/7/13) Injured:  Ryan Madson (Elbow), Sean Burnett  (Forearm)Minnesota Twins(CL) Solid Glen Perkins (L)–Recorded his eighth save of the season Thursday after pitching a scoreless ninth inning allowing one walk while striking out two batters. Perkins has now pitched back-to-back days and will likely be given the day off on Friday, so expect Jared Burton to fill in at closer if needed. 24 PC-14 ST (5/9/13) (SU) Jared Burton (R)–Earned his seventh hold of the season Thursday after pitching a scoreless eighth inning allowing one walk while striking out three batters. With closer Glen Perkins likely unavailable Friday, Burton should be in line for a spot save if the situation arises. 25 PC-17 ST (5/9/13) (MR) Casey Fien (R)--Was used in the seventh inning Wednesday night allowing one run on two hits. Fien has been mediocre at best this season and holds no fantasy value unless there was to be an injury to either Jared Burton or Glen Perkins, but even then it would be minimal. 19 PC-10 ST (5/8/13)New York Yankees(CL) Elite Mariano Rivera (R)–Recorded his 13th save Thursday after pitching a 1-2-3 ninth inning forcing one ground ball out and two fly ball outs to get the job done. Rivera has now pitched back-to-back days, so there is a good chance he will not be available Friday if a save situation arises. 17 PC-14 ST (5/9/13) (SU) David Robertson (R)–Picked up his sixth hold of the season Thursday after pitching 1.1 innings of relief allowing one walk while striking out three batters. Robertson has now pitched back-to-back days, but the Yankees will likely elect not to use Mariano Rivera on Friday for the same reason, Robertson could be in line for a spot save. 18 PC-12 ST (5/9/13) (MR) Boone Logan (R)–Earned his second hold of the season Thursday after recording the final out of the sixth inning. Loan only threw two pitches in the appearance forcing one ground ball out to get the job done. 2 PC-2 ST (5/9/13)Oakland Athletics(CL) Solid Grant Balfour (R)–Collected his fifth save Sunday after pitching a scoreless ninth inning allowing one hit and one walk while striking out two batters. Balfour got himself into a jam, but was able to get the job done to take two of the three games in the Bronx. 24 PC-13 ST (5/5/13) (SU) Ryan Cook (R)–Pitched a scoreless eighth inning Wednesday night retiring all three batters he faced in order. Cook looked great in this appearance, striking out tow batters while forcing one ground ball out on just 11 pitches, as he continues to have a solid 2013 season. 11 PC-8 ST (5/8/13) (MR) Sean Doolittle (L)–Retired the final batter of the seventh inning Wednesday night needing only three pitches to get the job done. Doolittle is not known throughout fantasy as of yet, but he continues to get the job done night in and night out, and should be owned in holds leagues at this point. 3 PC-2 ST (5/8/13)Seattle Mariners(CL) Solid Tom Wilhelmsen (R)–Recorded his ninth save of the season Wednesday after pitching yet another scoreless ninth inning. He allowed just one hit in the appearance, forcing one ground ball out and two fly ball outs to seal the win for Felix Hernandez and the Mariners. 18 PC-12 ST (5/8/13) (SU) Carter Capps (R)–Was used in the eighth inning Tuesday night surrendering two runs on two hits and one walk while striking out one batter. Capps allowed a two-run homer to Garrett Jones in the inning, which raised his earned-run average to 5.29 on the season. 20 PC-13 ST (5/7/13) (MR) Charlie Furbush (L)–Pitched a scoreless seventh inning Tuesday retiring all three batters he faced in order. Furbush had it going in this appearance, striking out two batters while forcing one ground ball out to get through the outing. 14 PC-10 ST (5/7/13)Injured–Stephen Pryor (back)Tampa Bay Rays(CL) Solid Fernando Rodney (R)–Pitched a scoreless ninth inning Thursday in a non-save situation allowing one hit while striking out two batters. After a disastrous outing on Monday, Rodney bounce back nicely, but has still yet to shown signs of returning to last year's level of play. 17 PC-12 ST (5/9/13) (SU) Joel Peralta (R)–Took the loss Tuesday night after allowing two runs on three hits and one walk in the ninth inning. This appearance marked the third straight day in which Peralta was used, so it should come at no surprise he was roughed up, so don't expect to see him take the mound on Wednesday. 19 PC-13 ST (5/7/13) (MR) Jake McGee (L)–Despite having an other rough outing, McGee earned his fifth hold of the season after allowing two runs on two hits in the seventh inning. McGee has now pitched three straight days, and considering he has allowed four run over that stretch, he will likely get the day off on Wednesday to clear his head. 17 PC-13 ST (5/7/13) Texas Rangers (CL) Elite Joe Nathan (R)–Collected his ninth save of the season Wednesday night after pitching a scoreless ninth inning allowing one hit on 16 pitches thrown. Nathan is now 9-for-9 in save opportunities this season, and has allowed just two earned-runs while striking out 13 batters in 12.0 innings of work. 16 PC-12 ST (5/8/13) (SU) Tanner Scheppers (R)–Picked up his seventh hold of the season Wednesday after pitching a scoreless eighth inning allowing one hit while striking out one batter. Scheppers has been everything the Rangers could have asked for thus far this season, and even when Joakim Soria returns, it will be hard to take him out of the setup role considering how well he has done. 11 PC-8 ST (5/8/13) (MR) Jason Frasor (R)–Was used in the seventh inning Tuesday night allowing one run on  one hit while striking out two batters. The big blow in the inning came via a Aramis Ramirez solo-home run, which was the third home run allowed by Frasor this season in just nine innings of relief. 20 PC-11 ST (5/7/13) Injured– Joakim Soria (Elbow)Toronto Blue Jays(CL) Solid Casey Janssen (R)–Collected his ninth save of the season Tuesday night after pitching yet another 1-2-3 ninth inning. Janssen has now pitched back-to-back days, so it will be interesting to see if the Blue Jays elect to use him today, if needed, considering they were monitoring his workload earlier in the season. 10 PC-7 ST (5/7/13) (SU) Steve Delabar (R)–Was charged with a blown-save Thursday after allowing one run on two hits in the seventh inning. Delabar served up a solo-home run to Yunel Escobar, which tied the game four runs a piece, eventually leading to a win in the bottom of the 10th inning for the Rays. 21 PC-12 ST (5/9/13) (MR) Esmil Rogers (R)–Pitched 1.2 innings of relief on Wednesday night allowing two runs on two hits and one walk. Rogers needed 34 pitches to get through the appearance, so don't expect him to be available on Thursday. 34 PC-21 ST (5/8/13) Injured– Sergio Santos (Triceps)Continue to Page 2 to view the National League Bullpen Report...National League Bullpen ReportArizona Diamondbacks(CL) Shaky Heath Bell (R)–Recorded his fourth save of the season Thursday night after pitching a scoreless ninth inning allowing one hit on only seven pitches thrown. Bell has now earned a save three consecutive days, so he should not be expected to pitch on Friday, leaving either David Hernandez or Matt Reynolds the likely candidates to be used as the team's closer. 7 PC-5 ST (5/9/13) (SU) David Hernandez (R)–Earned his sixth hold of the season Thursday after pitching a 1-2-3 eighth inning striking out one batter. Hernandez will likely be used in the closer role on Friday with Heath Bell pitching three straight days, so if you are speculating on closers and stashed Hernandez, now is the time to use him. 10 PC-7 ST (5/9/13) (MR) Matt Reynolds (L)--Picked up his third hold of the season Thursday after recording the final two outs of the seventh inning. Reynolds has been excellent this season as the Diamondbacks top lefty, and has an outside shot of getting some save chances, with J.J. Putz sidelined, so in extremely deep leagues he is worth stashing. 10 PC-6 ST (5/9/13) Injured: J.J. Putz (Elbow) Atlanta Braves (CL) Elite Craig Kimbrel (R)–Recorded his 11th save of the season Thursday after pitching a scoreless ninth inning allowing only one hit on 15 pitches thrown. Kimbrel had been struggling as of late, so it was nice to see a clean outing from him to try and right the ship. 15 PC-9 ST (5/9/13) (SU) Eric O’Flaherty (R)–Earned his 12th hold of the season Thursday after pitching a scoreless eighth inning allowing one walk while striking out one batter. O'Flaherty worked quickly in this one, forcing one ground ball out and one fly ball out to go along with his strikeout acting as a bridge between Julio Teheran and Craig Kimbrel. 12 PC-6 ST (5/9/13) (MR) Jordan Walden (R)–Failed to record an out in the eighth inning allowing two runs on three hits, forcing the Braves to use Eric O'Flaherty to get out of the jam. Walden has now allowed four runs over his last two appearances, and if his struggles continue, he is going to move down the bullpen's pecking order. 11 PC-6 ST (5/6/13) Injured– Jonny Venters (Elbow) Chicago Cubs (CL) Shaky Kevin Gregg (R)--Pitched a scoreless ninth inning Wednesday in a non-save situation allowing one walk while striking out two batters. Before the game Cubs management officially labeled Gregg the team's closer moving forward, so even though Kyuji Fujikawa is set to return this weekend, it is his job to lose. 25 PC-15 ST (5/8/13) (SU) Carlos Marmol (R)--Earned his third hold of the season Tuesday night after pitching 1.1 innings of scoreless relief  It wouldn't be a Marmol outing without allowing base runners, allowing three in this performance, but worked out of the jam by forcing one ground ball out and two fly ball outs to get the job done. 25 PC-15 ST (5/7/13) (MR) Shawn Camp (R)–Pitched one inning of relief Sunday allowing two runs on one hit and two walks. After a good start to the season Camp has regressed immensely and should not even be considered in deep mixed leagues that count holds as a category. 20 PC-10 ST (5/5/13) Injured–Kyuji Fujikawa (Forearm)Cincinnati Reds(CL) Elite Aroldis Chapman (L)–Collected his seventh save of the season Saturday after pitching a scoreless ninth inning, one day after failing to get out of the ninth frame. Chapman appeared to have put that rough outing behind him, but has now pitched-back-to-back days and will likely be unavailable on Sunday. 19 PC-10 ST (5/4/13) (SU) Jonathan Broxton (R)–Picked up the win Tuesday after pitching a scoreless ninth inning retiring all three batters he faced in order. Broxton was used in a non-save situation, but Braves closer Craig Kimbrel was blown up in the ninth inning to allow Broxton to factor into the decision. 13 PC-9 ST (5/7/13) (MR) Sean Marshall (L)--Failed to record in out in his appearance on Wednesday allowing one run on one hit in the eighth inning. This was the first time Marshall pitched back-to-back days this season, but with a day off on Thursday, he will be reado to go next time the Reds take the field. 4 PC-3 ST (5/8/13)Colorado Rockies(CL) Solid Rafael Betancourt (R)–Took the loss Wednesday night after surrendering one run on two hits and two walks in the ninth inning. This was the first loss by Betancourt this season, and fantasy owners should not worry too much about this appearance, considering he has allowed just three earned-runs all season. 19 PC-8 ST (5/8/13) (SU) Rex Brothers (L)–Pitched a scoreless eighth inning Wednesday night retiring all three batters he faced in order. Brothers has now pitched back-to-back nights, so don;t expect to see him take the field on Thursday. 11 PC-6 ST (5/8/13) (MR) Wilton Lopez (R)–Pitched two scoreless innings of relief on Thursday allowing one hit and on 17 pitches thrown. Despite pitching two innings, Lopez will likely be available Friday considering it was the first time he pitched since last Saturday. 17 PC-15 ST (5/9/13)Los Angeles Dodgers(CL) Shaky Brandon League (R)–Took the loss on Tuesday night after surrendering two runs on one hit and one walk in the ninth inning. League has struggled for most of the season, but has taken the loss in back-to-back appearances, and if he doesn't right the ship soon expect to see Kenley Jansen take over the ninth inning. 27 PC-18 ST (5/7/13) (SU) Kenley Jansen (R)–Took the loss on Wednesday night after serving up the game-winning home run in the eighth inning. The Dodgers announced Wednesday that they will continue using Brandon League as there closer, so Jansen owners will have to wait for a few more League meltdowns before he gets a bump in fantasy value. 20 PC-14 ST (5/8/13) (MR) Ronald Belisario (R)–Pitched a scoreless ninth inning on Wednesday night in a non-save situation retiring all three batters he faced in order. After allowing runs in back-to-back appearances, Belisario bounce back nicely in this one, too bad it didn't help his fantasy owners considering the situation. 8 PC-5 ST (5/8/13)Miami Marlins(CL) Shaky Steve Cishek (R)–Recorded his fourth save of the season Saturday after pitching a scoreless ninth inning allowing one hit while striking out two batters. Cishek has been shaky at best over his last few appearances, allowing four base runners in his last three innings of work, but escaped unharmed in this one to secure a rare victory for the Marlins. 24 PC-14 ST (5/4/13) (SU) Mike Dunn (L)–Pitched a scoreless eighth inning Wednesday retiring all three batters he faced in order. With this appearance Dunn has now gone six appearances without allowing an earned-run, making him the best reliever on the Marlins, and by a landslide. 16 PC-11 ST (5/8/13) (MR) Jon Rauch (R)–Pitched a scoreless ninth inning Sunday in a non-save situation allowing only one hit on nine pitches thrown. After pitching three innings in last Monday's extra inning game, Rauch has only been used for two innings since, so he will likely be available to pitch when the Marlins travel to San Diego. 9 PC-6 ST (5/5/13)Milwaukee Brewers(CL) Solid Jim Henderson (R)–Collected his seventh save of the season Tuesday night after pitching a scoreless ninth inning allowing one hit on 14 pitches thrown. Henderson bounced back nicely from a loss in his last appearance and has shown no signs of slowing down, so the closer role will be his until he falters, despite rumblings of the Brewers wanting John Axford back in the role. 14 PC-9 ST (5/7/13) (MR) John Axford (R)–Pitched 0.1 innings of relief on Sunday allowing one run on two hits and two walks. After talks about Axford regaining the closer role, he was allowed four runs over two innings of relief, so it is highly unlikely that the team will consider making a switch anytime soon. 21 PC-8 ST (5/5/13) (MR) Michael Gonzalez (L)–Was used to record the final out of the seventh inning Wednesday night, which he did, just after allowing two base runners. He needed 18 pitches to get through the appearance, which eventually ended in his recording a strikeout. 18 PC-10 ST (5/8/13)New York Mets(CL) Shaky Bobby Parnell (R)–Picked up the win Thursday after pitching a scoreless ninth inning allowing one hit while striking out one batter. This was Parnell's second win in his last two appearances, bringing his record to 4-0 on the season, so despite his lack of saves, at least he is still helping out in other ways. 18 PC-14 ST (5/9/13) (SU) Brandon Lyon (R)–Pitched 1.1 innings of relief Thursday allowing one hit on just 11 pitches thrown. Lyon was charged with a blown-save in the outing, despite pitching well, so don't look too much into the scoring decision. 11 PC-9 ST (5/9/13) (MR) LaTroy Hawkins (R)--Was charged with a blown-save Thursday after allowing a game-tying home run to Pedro Alvarez in the eighth inning. Hawkins has now pitched back-to-back days, and will likely be unavailable out of the Mets bullpen for the second game of their current series. 14 PC-10 ST (5/9/13) Injured– Frank Francisco (Elbow)Philadelphia Phillies(CL) Elite Jonathan Papelbon (R)–Pitched a scoreless ninth inning on Tuesday night in a non-save situation retiring all three batters he faced in order. Apparently the Phillies don't want to save Papelbon for save situations, now pitching back-to-back days, but he has kept him pitch counts low so he should be good to go for  Wednesday. 14 PC-10 ST (5/7/13) (SU) Mike Adams (R)–Pitched a scoreless ninth inning Wednesday in a non-save situation allowing two hits on 15 pitches thrown. Adams got himself into an early jam, but was able to work through some early struggles by forcing two fly ball outs to take the game in to extra innings. 15 PC-11 ST (5/8/13) (MR) Antonio Bastardo (L)–Took the loss on Wednesday after allowing the game-winning run to score in the bottom of the 10th inning. With this appearance Bastardo falls to 1-1 on the year, but is still sitting on a 1.69 earned-run average, which is very respectable this far into the season. 17 PC-10 ST (5/8/13)Pittsburgh Pirates(CL) Elite Jason Grilli (R)–Took the loss on Thursday after allowing the game-winning run to score after recording only one out in the ninth inning. This was Grilli's first slip up of the season, but fantasy owners should not worry about him snowballing downward from here, so expect him to bounce back in his next outing. 10 PC-7 ST (5/9/13) (SU) Mark Melancon (R)–Pitched a scoreless eighth inning Thursday allowing one walk while striking out one batter. Melancon continued his amazing run in this contest, needing only 12 pitches to work yet another scoreless inning of relief, and should now be considered one of the top setup men in all of baseball. 12 PC-8 ST (5/9/13) (MR) Jose Contreras (R)--Earned his first hold of the season Tuesday night after recording the final out of the seventh inning. Tony Watson got himself into trouble early in the seventh inning, but Contreras was able to clean up his mess and stop the bleeding in his second appearance of the season. 5 PC-3 ST (5/7/13)San Diego Padres(CL) Solid Huston Street (R)–Collected his eighth save of the season Wednesday after pitching a 1-2-3 ninth inning striking out two batters. Street is now a perfect 8-for-8 in save opportunities this season, as he continues to get the job done despite allowing six earned-runs through 14 innings of work. 18 PC-12 ST (5/8/13) (SU) Luke Gregerson (R)–Earned his eighth hold of the season Tuesday night after pitching a 1-2-3 eighth inning. Gregerson has been great so far this season and is on pace to have his best season in his career, so if for some reason he is available in a holds league, pick him up. 11 PC-6 ST (5/7/13) (MR) Dale Thayer (R)–Picked up his sixth hold of the season Tuesday night after recording the final tow outs of the seventh inning. Thayer has now pitched back-to-back days, but has kept him pitch counts low, so he may still be available to pitch on Wednesday if needed. 6 PC-4 ST (5/7/13)San Francisco Giants(CL) Elite Sergio Romo (R)–Was charged with his second blown-save of the season Wednesday after allowing two runs on two hits and one walk in the ninth inning. Romo has only had two bad outings this season, so expect him to bounce back form this one just like he did the last time. 20 PC-13 ST (5/8/13) (SU) Santiago Casilla (R)–Earned his sixth hold of the season Wednesday after retiring the final two batters of the eighth inning. Casilla struck out both batters on just eight pitches thrown, as he continues to be a solid contributor in leagues that count holds as a category. 8 PC-5 ST (5/8/13) (MR) Javier Lopez (L)– Picked up the win on Wednesday after pitching a scoreless 10th inning allowing one hit while striking out one batter. Lopez is rarely used for an entire inning of work, considering he had pitched only 7.1 innings prior to this appearance, so don't expect to see too many more outing like this one. 10 PC-7 ST (5/8/13) St. Louis Cardinals (CL) Solid Edward Mujica (R)–Earned his ninth save of the season Wednesday after pitching a 1-2-3 ninth inning needing only nine pitches to get the job done. Mujica is now 9-for-9 in save opportunities since taking over the closer role, and will Jason Motte out for the season, his job will become permanent. 9 PC-7 ST (5/8/13) (SU) Trevor Rosenthal (R)--Picked up his ninth hold of the season Wednesday after recording the forst out of the eighth inning. Rosenthal only faced two batters in the appearance, walking one and striking out the other on eight pitches, but it was enough to benefit his fantasy owners. 8 PC-3 ST (5/8/13) (MR) Fernando Salas (R)--Picked up his second hold of the season Saturday after pitching 0.2 innings of relief allowing one run on two hits. He was asked to get the final two outs of the seventh inning, and did so, just not in orderly fashion. 11 PC-9 ST (5/4/13) Injured– Jason Motte (Elbow)Washington Nationals(CL) Elite Rafael Soriano (R)–Collected his 12th save Thursday after pitching a scoreless ninth inning allowing one hit while striking out one batter.
