Griffin (OAK) @ HOU--$9,000--It was a trend early this season to try exploit the Astros weaknesses, and that will be the case again tonight when A.J. Griffin takes the mound for the second time to face the worst team in the American League. In there first matchup Griffin allowed two runs on four hits and four walks while striking out eight batters, but finished with a no decision.  The Athletics have been scoring runs in bunches this season, and are currently ranked 10th in run scored, so he is going to get run support even if he struggles. Opposing Griffin tonight will he Luca Harrell, who has had an up and down season, with his worst outing of the season coming against the Athletics back in April, so it looks the like the stars will be aligning for Griffin tonight.P: Dan Haren (WAS) vs. PHI--$6,800--It has been extremely difficult to trust Dan Haren this season, but considering the other options on the card, he is a good start tonight against the Phillies. Through almost two months of the season, the Phillies rank 27th in runs scored, 25th in on base percentage and 25th in slugging, while averaging just 3.52 runs per game. Opposing Haren will be Jonathan Pettibone, who has pitched well this season, but may have trouble against the Nationals lineup. When you consider how cheap Haren is for tonight, along with the fact the Phillies have been slumping, there is a good chance he bounces back form a rough outing his last time on the mound.C: Jason Castro (HOU) vs. OAK--$4,100--After a three-hit performance on Wednesday night, Castro was given the night off on Friday, so he will definitely be in the starting lineup for Saturday's game. Castro has flown under the radar in daily fantasy, and comes in at a great value tonight. With all the top catchers playing in the early games, Castro is the best option to go with at a shallow position. He was 0-for-3 in the only game he faced Athletics pitcher A.J. Griffin, but I am willing to role the dice in the hopes he can build off of his three-hit outing.1B: Adrian Gonzalez (LAD) vs. STL--$4,100--Despite being 0-for-8 in over his last two games, Adrian Gonzalez could be a very good play tonight, taking on a rookie pitcher in John Gast. Gonzalez has been hitting left-handed pitchers very well this season, sporting a .345 BA against South Paws with 18 RBI. Not to mention, he has a .341 BA at home, where he recorded four multi-hit games over the Dodgers last home stand. He comes in at a very reasonable price considering all the mentioned stats, so it would be tough not to start him tonight.2B: Mark Ellis (LAD) vs. STL--$3,900--The second base position is extremely shallow for tonight's contests, so Mark Ellis will get the start for me, despite only recording three hits over his last five games. He has a .357 BA against left-handed pitchers this season, which is definitely a plus, but only one extra base hit to support it. If he can get on base in this contest he should have plenty of chances to score runs, considering what I discussed in the Adrian Gonzalez breakdown, so role with Ellis tonight.SS: Everth Cabrera (SD) @ ARI--$4,000--One of the biggest surprises this season for the Padres has to be the early success of Everth Cabrera, who has been hitting very well as of late. Cabrera has now recorded five multi-hit games over his last 10, including a four-hit performance early last week. To add to his success at the plate, Cabrera has been a beast on the base paths, recording seven steals in his last 10 games. The only other shortstop to even consider for tonight would be Ian Desmond, but with Cabrera's upside it is hard to look past him at his current price.3B: Michael Young (PHI) @ WAS--$4,000--Michael Young may be washed up, but you should definitely not put a fork in him just yet. He has had great success against Dan Haren over the course of his career, with a .328 BA over 58 plate appearances. Although he hasn't been hitting well as of late, tonight could be one of those nights that could start him in an upward swing. He is coming in at a cheap price, so even if it doesn't work out at least you won't have too much invested.OF: Bryce Harper (WAS) vs. PHI--$5,100--The Nationals offense has failed to live up to early expectations, but Bryce Harper sure has lived up to the hype. Harper is now 3-for-9 over his last two games, with one home run and one double, while only striking out four times over his last nine games. Against right-handed pitchers, Harper has a .340 BA with 10 home runs and 19 RBI, which are stats you want to see from your superstar player. He is priced relatively high for tonight's contests, but he should be worth every penny.OF: Coco Crisp (OAK) @ HOU--$4,500--Despite finding himself on the disabled list as much as he is in the starting lineup, Coco Crisp has produced well when healthy. Since returning from the disabled list, Crisp has just one multi-hit game, but has been able to score runs to contribute in other ways. Over his last five games, Crisp has scored six runs, while only recording five hits, which shows how patient he has been. So despite the recent slump, he is fine to deploy into fantasy lineups for tonight's contests.OF: Jason Heyward (ATL) @NYM--$4,400--Don't look now, but Jason Heyward is starting to heat up and has now recorded two multi-hit games over his last three contests. Since returning from the disabled list on May 17, Heyward has looked like a different player, and with any luck that will continue into tonight's games. Early season struggles have set Heyward back somewhat in his counting stats, so it is hard to display his splits against right-handed pitchers, but he is batting .500 against Mets starter Dillon Gee, which is definitely a matchup that should be exploited tonight.Total Salary: $49,900Always pay close attention to the weather!
