Fantasy Baseball Daily League Sleepers and Value Plays for May 31st

• P Bartlo Colon Athletics ($9,800, 9.8% of cap at Draft Day - Play Now): The Athletics are on fire as a team having won 11 of their last 13 games  and the White Sox have had their struggles against right-handed pitching having the third most  strike outs of any team in the American League. Colon is coming off a nine strikeout game versus the Astros, a total that is reachable against this White Sox team as well. (Game Time 10:05 pm est) I also like Derek Holland against the Royals tonight, see "Team Stacks" at the bottom as to why
• OF Scott Van Slyke Dodgers ($5,944, 5.9% of cap at Draft Street - Play Now ): The left-handed hitting Van Slyke gets righty Jon Garland and his 5.53 ERA and the game is in Coors. If you want to spend a little more money Van Slyke's teammate, Andre Ethier also has the L/R matchup. (Game Time 8:40 pm est)
• OF Lucas Duda Mets ($64,000, 6.4% of cap at  Daily Joust - Play Now): Another L/R matchup as Duda will face former top prospect Jacob Turner who has done anything but live up to that former top prospect tag. Duda is hitting almost .300 in the last seven days and seven of his nine home runs off come off of right-handed pitching. (Game Time: 7:10 pm est)
• OF Raul Ibanez Mariners ($7,050, 7.1% of cap at Draft Day - Play Now): Ibanez is 11-for-35 (.314) with a home run off of the righty Mike Pelfrey in his career. And as my co-host @BeerMakersFan will point out on today's Daily Fantasy Happy Hour, (4-5 pm est M, T, and F),  Ibanez is hitting .355 over the past 3 years when playing in Minnesota. (Game Time 8:10 pm est)
• 1B Yonder Alonso Padres ($81,000, 8.1% of cap at Daily Joust - Play Now) : Alonso is hitting .323 at home and .287 with four home runs vs RHP, and he gets a favorable matchup in Blue Jays Chad Jenkins, average fastball velocity under 91 mph. (Game Time 10:10 pm est)
• 2B Jurickson Profar Rangers ($3,900, 6.5% of cap at Fan Throwdown - Play Now): Has a hit in all six of his games after going hit-less in his 2013 debut game and has three multi-hit games in his last four games. (Game Time: 8:05 pm est)
• 2B/OF Emilo Bonifacio Blue Jays ($2,700, 7.7 % of cap at Fan Duel - Play Now): Switch-hitting Bonifacio has three hits in his last seven at-bats with a stolen base, and at Fan Duel you get two points per stolen base. If Bonifacio gets on I can see him being active on the base paths tonight. Bonifacio is 5-for-13 (.385) with two steals off of Jason Marquis in his career. (Game Time 10:10 pm est)
• SS Nick Franklin Mariners ($55,000, 5.5% of cap at Daily Joust - Play Now):  Price tag is still cheap and he's 3-for-8 in his last two games and went yard twice on Thursday. (Game Time: 8:10 pm est).
• 3B David Freese Cardinals ($5,674, 5.7% of cap at  Draft Street - Play Now ): Probably a good day to spend on third base, but if you want to try and save some money consider Freese who has a ten game hit streak going with two home runs and 11 RBI in that span. (Game Time 8:15  pm est)
• C Jason Castro Astros ($3,300, 9.4% of cap at Fan Duel - Play Now ) I would go with who ever is cheaper between Castro or Chris Ianneta. The LHH Castro faces off against the RHP Tommy Hanson tonight. Castro has ten hits in his last 17 at-bats. (Game Time 10:05 pm est)
• C Yasmani Grandal Padres ($6,630, 6.6% of cap at Draft Street - Play Now): For similar reasons I recommended Yonder Alonso above. (Game Time 10:10 pm est)
