Lucroy is still an elite talent, even if we haven’t seen much of it this year. In 13 at-bats against Hamels he’s hit .462 with a homer. He had four hits Monday and is batting .296 on the road.

Norris always loves it when a lefty is on the bump. All-Star level stuff in that scenario (.315/.373/.500). He also has a .493 SLG at home.

Phegley is batting .362 with three homers and a 1.040 OPS against lefties. JDLR has allowed at least three walks with no more than four strikeouts in each of his last three outings.

Vogt has a .406 OBP and .483 SLG versus lefties. Meanwhile, JDLR has a hard time getting lefty swingers out (.333/.411/.482).

Alonso versus lefties this season (.405/.477/.514).

Belt owns a .854 OPS on the road. He owns a .899 OPS against righties. He faces Latos who he’s hit .417 against (12 at-bats).

Carter has two homers his last three games. He has five homers in 96 at-bats against lefties this season giving him 29 big flies in 505 career at-bats against portsiders. Duffy isn’t a homer prone pitcher but he didn’t look very sharp in his first outing back from the DL.

Colabello has gone hitless in only three of 22 games in June. His OPS at home is 1.013 and when a lefty is on the bump – wow. How about that 1.187 OPS against lefties as well?

Gordon is batting .344 with four steals against Vogelsong over 33 plate appearances. He has a hit in 5-straight games.

Kendrick has eight hits in 15 at-bats, a .533 batting average, against RDLR. He also has nine hits his last five games with four RBIs.

Odor has two hits in each of his last three games – actually had three on June 28th – for the Rangers. He also has a hit in 4-straight as his batting average has gone up .039 points and his OPS .098 points.

Duffy just doesn’t get out. He has two homers and two doubles his last two games. He also has three RBIs, six hits and six runs scored. His OPS on the road this year is .875 and he’s got a .916 mark against righties on the season.

Longoria has had a nice week. Over his last six games: .364/.462/.591. Salazar has failed to last five innings his last two outings and has allowed eight runs in that time. Also, 12 homers in 13 starts on the year have been hit off Salazar.

Valencia hits every time he’s in the lineup. At home his OPS is 1.031. When a lefty is on the hill the mark is .951. The OPS in June is 1.228.

Cabrera, yes Cabrera, has been solid the last week: .440/.400/.680. See the struggles of Salazar of late above in the Longoria comment.

Hardy has two homers and a .333 batting average against Lewis in 15 at-bats. Hardy’s last five games: four runs and four RBIs.

Through two outings Verlander has been bad with a 6.17 ERA, 1.37 WHIP and four Ks in 11.2 innings. He’s not the pitcher people remember. Meanwhile, if you’re looking to go cheap, Mercer has hit .423 with a .577 SLG over his last six games with five RBIs.

Suarez has had a nice run the past seven games hitting .385 with a .407 OBP. He’s drive in four runners and stolen two bases as well.

Braun has three homers, two steals and a .989 OPS against Hamels over 32 plate appearances. In 35 road games this season Braun has a .603 SLG and .917 OPS.

De Aza the past six games has three homers, six RBIs, five runs scored and a 1.455 OPS and we know that Estrada can be prone to the big fly.

Gardner has an impressive .288/.358/.521 slash line versus lefties. Check out his June overall: .355-5-18-27-3 in 25 games.

Fowler has a hit in 3-straight after missing some time with an ankle issue. He’s also posted an .862 OPS against lefties with a robust .420 OBP for the Cubs.

Heyward has hits in nine of 10 games and he’s scored nine runs with nine RBIs. He’s also ripping up lefties this season with a .356 average and .890 OPS. Can he keep it going against Sale?

Peralta has a .280/.346/.470 line against righties. He’s also been swinging a good bat of late with a .400/.483/.640 line the past seven games. He has a homer, a steal, five runs and four RBIs in that time.

Rios has been terrible, Keuchel great. Let’s chalk this call up to BvP data that suggests success for the batter as Rios has gone 8-for-20 (.400) against the lefty.

Young versus a lefty = success. Young has an otherworldly .371/.436/.700 slash line against lefties. His month of June has been uber impressive as well (.328/.348/.563).
