Matusz has been very erratic thus far in 2013, but if he can continue to rack up holds, he will carry some value in deep hold leagues. 1 PC-1 ST (6/18/13)Boston Red Sox(CL) Solid Andrew Bailey (R)--Picked up the win in Game 2 of Tuesday's doubleheader despite being charged with his third blown-save of the season after surrendering a game-tying home run to Kelly Johnson. Bailey has struggled since returning from the disabled list, and will need to turn things around if he want to keep the closer role. 18 PC-9 ST (6/18/13) (SU) Koji Uehara (R)–Pitched a scoreless eighth inning in Game 1 of Tuesday's doubleheader allowing one hit and one walk while striking out one batter. Smith will likely get the day off on Sunday, but considering he is likely not owned, even in holds leagues, he really has no fantasy relevance. 13 PC-9 ST (6/15/13) (MR) Bryan Shaw (R)--Took the loss on Monday night after allowing one run on two hits and one walk in the eighth inning. With this appearance Shaw falls to 0-1 on the season, and his now sitting on a 3.31 ERA, which has continued to rise since his hot start in April. 19 PC-11 ST (6/17/13) Injured--Chris Perez (Shoulder)Detroit Tigers(CL) Shaky Jose Valverde (R)–Pitched a scoreless ninth inning on Friday night in a non-save situation allowing one walk while striking out one batter. Valverde has struggled as of late, but the Tigers are sticking with him in the closer role for the time being, but his owners may want to stash Joaquin Benoit to play it safe. 17 PC-9 ST (6/14/13) (SU) Joaquin Benoit (R)–Earned his fourth save of the season Sunday after pitching 1.1 innings of relief allowing one hit while striking out one batter on 17 pitches thrown. Despite Jose Valvede being available, Benoit was used in the save situation, but the team still considers Valverde their closer so don't look too much into this situation. 17 PC-11 ST (6/16/13) (MR) Phil Coke (L)--Pitched a scoreless ninth inning on Tuesday night in a non-save situation retiring all three batters he faced in order. Ambriz has now pitched back-to-back days, but may be used in the closer role Monday if available, with Jose Veras now pitching three consecutive days. 9 PC-7 ST (6/16/13) (MR) Wesley Wright (L)–Picked up his sixth hold of the season Saturday after striking out the only batter he faced in the eighth inning. Crow has now pitched three of the last four days, so there is a good chance he will be given the day off on Tuesday. .16 PC-12 ST (6/17/13)Los Angeles Angels(CL) Solid Ernesto Frieri (R)–Pitched a scoreless ninth inning on Tuesday in a non-save situation retiring all three batters he faced in order. Downs has become a specialist in the Angels bullpen after the arrival of Kevin Jepsen, so his fantasy value will continue to take a hit as long as that doesn't change. 12 PC-5 ST (6/18/13) Injured:  Ryan Madson (Elbow), Sean Burnett (Elbow)Minnesota Twins(CL) Solid Glen Perkins (L)–Recorded his 17th save of the season Tuesday night after pitching a 1-2-3 ninth inning striking out two batters on 13 pitches thrown. Despite having the second most save in the American League, Rivera hasn't pitched that well as of late, allowing at least three base runners in each of his last three appearances, so this is something worth keeping an eye on over the next few days. 25 PC-17 ST (6/16/13) (SU) David Robertson (R)–Pitched 0.1 innings of relief on Sunday allowing two runs on one hit and one walk in the ninth inning. After struggling over the last few weeks, Doolittle appears to have turned things around, and can now be trusted to return to starting lineups in leagues that use holds as a category. 13 PC-5 ST (6/16/13)Seattle Mariners(CL) Committee Oliver Perez (L)--Picked up his fourth hold of the season Tuesday after pitching a scoreless seventh inning allowing one walk while striking out two batters on 19 pitches thrown. After having command issues in his days with the Mets, Perez has found his calling as a relief pitcher, and is now sitting on a 1.07 ERA through 25.1 innings of work. 19 PC-12 ST (6/18/13) (CL) Committee Carter Capps (R)–Pitched 0.2 innings of relief on Monday night allowing four runs on two hits and two walks. Capps failed  to even make it out of the sixth inning after getting hit around, and considering he threw 28 pitches, there is a good chance he will be given the day off on Tuesday. 28 PC-14 ST (6/17/13) (SU)  Tom Wilhelmsen (R)--Pitched 1.2 innings of relief on Tuesday night allowing one run on two hits and one walk while striking out one batter on 25 pitches thrown. Delabar is having a great season thus far, and has now recorded 44 strikeouts in 35.0 innings pitched. 17 PC-12 ST (6/18/13) (MR) Brett Cecil (L)--Picked up the win on Monday night after recording the final two outs of the eighth inning. Cecil improved to 3-0 after this appearance, as he continues to thrive in his new relief role, after being an inconsistent starting pitcher for most of his career. 10 PC-4 ST (6/17/13) Injured– Sergio Santos (Triceps)Continue to Page 2 to view the National League Bullpen Report...National League Bullpen Report Arizona Diamondbacks(CL) Shaky Heath Bell (R)–Took the loss on Monday night after allowing a game-winning home run to Giancarlo Stanton in the top of the ninth inning. Hoover (R)--Pitched a scoreless ninth inning on Tuesdayin a non-save situation allowing striking out the side on 15 pitches thrown. Hoover has been very good over his last three appearances, striking out five batter in 3.0 innings of work, and has now become someone to possibly target in holds leagues with Jonathan Broxton on the disabled list. 15 PC-9 ST (6/18/13) (MR) Tony Cingrani (L)--Earned his first hold of the season Monday night after recording the final two outs of the eighth inning. Ramos (R)--Pitched two innings of relief on Tuesday night allowing one hit while striking out one batter on 34 pitches thrown.
