2023 Player Outlook
The new Jets regime brought in both CJ Uzomah and Tyler Conklin to compete for the job in 2022 but Conklin was the clear winner as Uzomah only outsnapped Conklin once (in Week 5, 69% to 68%). And target-wise it wasn't even close as Conklin (87) had more than three times as many targets as Uzomah (27). The question now is how the target pecking order shakes out with new offensive coordinator Nathaniel Hackett and new quarterback Aaron Rodgers. Conklin was second on the team last year after Garrett Wilson but Rodgers has brought his buddies Allen Lazard and Randall Cobb to town to join the team.
