Minnesota Twins vs. Derek Holland

Brian Dozier, Eduardo Escobar, Byron Buxton, Kennys Vargas, Jorge Polanco

The Twins currently find themselves just 4.5 games out of the lead in the A.L. Central and sitting in the second Wild Card spot. As they find themselves in must win situations throughout the rest of the season, they find good fortune in matching up against Derek Holland on Thursday night. Holland is 6-13 with a 6.28 ERA and a 1.70 WHIP this season. The Twins have SMOKED him in four meetings this year, scoring 15 earned runs on 20 hits over 14 innings. Despite his struggles Holland has been able to limit left handed hitters this season but righties are smacking him around to the tune of a .306 average an an OPS of .978.

St. Louis Cardinals vs. Luis Perdomo

Matt Carpenter, Kolten Wong, Dexter Fowler, Paul DeJong, Yadier Molina, Tommy Pham, Jedd Gyorko

Luis Perdomo is 6-8 with a 4.93 ERA and a 1.52 WHIP this season. Lefites have really given him a hard time as they are hitting .311 with an OPS of .850 while righties are hitting a respectable .270 with an OPS of .760. On the road this season, Perdomo is just 2-5 with a 4.73 ERA so things continue to look good for the Cardinals in this matchup. Target the left-handed hitters to put in your lineups but I think you are safe using all of the Cardinals tonight.

Los Angeles Angels vs. Martin Perez

Mike Trout, Albert Pujols, Andrelton Simmons, Cameron Maybin, C.J. Cron

We know that Perez can spin a gem every now and then but on the whole he is not a very good pitcher, and one that the DFS community loves to stack agains't so why stop now. The Angels have faced Perez once this season, tagging him for four earned runs over 5.2 innings. As a team, they are hitting .293 with an .808 OPS against Perez, although some of the Angels bigger boppers have had limited success, most notably Mike Trout who is just 5-for-21 (.238) against Perez in his lifetime. I expect those numbers to turn around and think this stack could be somewhat lower owned tonight.
