Fantasy Alarm is taking a different approach to help our subscribers build successful DFS lineups.  I will be giving you my personal core plays for this weekend's tournament.  These players listed below are my three favorite top tier, middle tier and value tier players for both DraftKings and Fanduel.  They will be at the core of all my lineups for this weekend's Wyndham Championship and then I'll use my playbook to fill out the remaining spots in my lineup.

Make sure you read my full PGA DFS Playbook for the Wyndham Championship before using these core plays.  You can also take a look at my Weekly Tournament Projections at any time.

We're back to a full field event, the last one of the 2020-2021 PGA Tour season.  We can go back to our regular strategy for events but I will warn against playing too much of a bankroll with a field like this one.  You've got a lot of players fighting for spots in the FedEx Cup and you just don't know which one could come out of no where and win.  Look what happened last year with Jim Herman, no one expected that one.

When looking at this field, I'm going to play more of a stars and scrubs approach.  I want as many of the quality players as possible but again, it's risky because some of the better golfers already have locked up spots in the playoffs and are just tuning up their game.  I'm targeting players with good birdie average numbers and the ability to go low consistently over four days because that's what will be needed to win this weekend.

This new format of core plays I think is way more valuable to our subscribers because it lends more to teaching than just copy and pasting.  A set of these players will be in each one of my lineups this weekend and then a mix of players from my playbook will fill out the rest.

If you have any more questions, you can leave them in the chat or hit me up on twitter @Drew_Phelps83.  Good Luck!
