By now, you’re probably neck-deep in fantasy baseball prep, itching to get into your draft and counting down the days until the big day. You’ve studied the rankings, read through the strategies, memorized the player profiles and sifted through the projections. It’s time, isn’t it?

But let’s face it – once it’s time to set up shop in the war room, things can get a little hectic. Maybe the early rounds aren’t going as you thought they would. Maybe people are over-valuing starting pitching. Should you dive into the middle of this closer run or should you wait? The Fantasy Alarm MLB Draft Guide has given you all the information you could possibly need, but come Draft Day, you need something a little more concise to look through. You need a quick-reference, all-in-one, fantasy baseball cheat sheet to help you decide which player to draft, which round to take them in and, of course, how much you should spend if you find yourself in an auction. Well look no further than the 2018 Fantasy Alarm Draft Book.

For those who have purchased the Fantasy Alarm Draft Guide in the past, you know exactly what the Draft Book is all about. If you’re new, then allow us to explain.

Here’s how the Draft Book helps to answer all those harrowing in-draft questions:

The Draft Book assumes a 12-team baseline for a mixed league (it’s still applicable to 10 and 15 team mixed leagues).

The rankings are based on 5x5 fantasy scoring (offense: AVG, HR, RBI, RUNS, SB & pitching: W, K, SV, ERA, WHIP).

There are 25 complete rounds for a total of 300 players listed.

Each round is divided into a top half and bottom half.

Each half round includes $ values for those of you who are in auctions so you get a solid range of how much cash you should be spending on said player.

It is, without question, the only thing you need to bring with you to your draft. Well that and maybe a pen.

When will the Draft Book arrive?

March 1st

We expect the majority of the unsigned, high-impact free agents to lock down their new contracts by then and allow us some time to assess their expected value for the 2018 season. We want to ensure that the first installment is as complete and up-to-date as possible.

The first installment?

That’s right. The March 1st release is just the tip of the iceberg as the Draft Book will also be consistently updated throughout the spring to reflect any and all changes in position battles and expected playing time. Like we said, it’s going to be all you need once you walk into your draft – clear, concise and completely up-to-date.

Welcome to drafting with Fantasy Alarm and prepare yourself for winning!
