Small four game slate tonight so the value plays are certainly a bit limited across the board. I think we are likely looking at a lot of the Heat players given their lack of depth due to injuries where we can find some of the value tonight.  With that being said lets dive right in!

DraftKings

Marcus Morris , SF/PF NYK ($5,300) – The man is getting no respect at this price tag despite being the Knicks leading scorer. This is a plus match up for him against the Blazers who are among the worst at defending the opposing forward positions. At $5.3K we are seeing Morris nearly average 6x return for the year at this price point.

Ian Mahinmi , C WAS ($3,900) – So we have targeted the Hornets front court all season long and while Mahinmi is not the starter he did play 18 minutes in his second game back from injury a few games ago against the Clippers and held his own, going for nine points with six rebounds, two assists and three blocks for 24.5 fantasy points. As I mentioned, we love attacking the Hornets with opposing centers and if Mahinmi is going to flirt with 20 minutes then I think there is some short slate value upside here.

De'Andre Hunter , SF/PF ATL ($4,400) – He is getting the minutes and being a bit more aggressive on the offensive end which has translated into three straight games of at least 20+ fantasy points. This is the lowest his price has been in eight games.

FanDuel

Elfrid Payton , PG NYK ($4,400) – Payton brings to the table triple-double upside if he sees a minutes increase tonight in his third game back. I know the Knicks already announced their starting lineup and Payton is coming off the bench but in 17 minutes against the Pacers he went for 9 points, three rebounds, seven assists, one block and three steals. He was winning everybody GPP’s at the end of last season with his triple-double streak. On a short slate it’s hard not to love what he can bring to the table.

Kent Bazemore , SF POR ($5,200) – Price bump here for Bazemore but he is still a decent options here tonight either considering the match up against the Knicks. Bazemore is in the starting lineup now after Rodney Hood went down with an injury and in the last game he played 36 minutes and put up 20 fantasy points. He is a player that can fill up the stat sheet for you and has a FP/Min type ceiling.

Tyler Herro , SG MIA ($5,400) – As I mentioned above, the Heat are forced to play pretty much everybody on their roster 35 minutes right now due to injury and Herro has exploded with that opportunity. Over the last two games he has played 40 and 32 minutes while putting up 39 and 38 fantasy points. Nothing has changed tonight in terms of expected rotation for Miami so Herro should be getting close to another 40 minutes of playing time against a great match up in the Atlanta Hawks.
