Drew PetersonUSCUW760024.61600022.89
You know it’s an ugly slate when Drew Peterson is one of the top guards to target overall. No offense to USC’s combo guard, but a few postponements and a weak schedule are the main issue. As for Peterson, he’s been one of the Trojans’ main ball-handlers and offensive playmakers with Ethan Anderson out - and that will continue until Anderson returns. In a point-forward role of sorts, Peterson is averaging 32.4 DK points over the last three conference games as he provides a steady DFS floor with stat-stuffing production. His FD salary discount makes him more attractive on that site - but he’s good for cash on DK as well.
Ethan ThompsonOSUAZ680028.83
If you’re playing on DK, thankfully we have this Oregon State-Arizona game to add some late night spice to our lineups. The Beavers’ best player is Thompson, who has put up 32 and 26 DK points over the last two games against Pac 12 competition. The senior leads the team in usage rate and shot volume while averaging a team-high 16.3 PPG. He’ll provide a steady cash floor with his assists and ancillary stats while also adding GPP upside if he goes off for 20-30 real points like he’s capable of. This is actually a big discount from what he’s normally priced at - so jump on the savings now while you can.
Quade GreenUWUSC710026.32670024.18
Washington may be really bad record-wise, but there’s no avoiding the Huskies on such a short slate. Quade Green is by far their best player with his team-leading usage rate, shot volume assist rate and minutes share. His high involvement in almost every area for Washington gives him a solid DFS floor - and he’s got the upside if he gets hot from deep or gets to the foul line enough. The former Kentucky transfer has put up 36, 34 and 26 DK points over the last three conference games and Green will surely be leaned on once again tonight without much consistent talent around him.
Aljami DurhamIUUGA670021.98660020.46
We’ll have to monitor the status of Armaan Franklin tonight, but Durham would be a strong play once again if his teammate sits. Durham has 30 and 26 DK points, respectively, in the last two games with Franklin out nursing an ankle injury. He was already one of Indiana’s top offensive threats, but his DFS floor is a lot safer without Franklin - who is a game-time decision tonight but will be limited even if he does play. Expect Durham to be popular in all formats on this short slate at a pretty affordable price tag on both sites.

Rob PhiniseeIUPUR510016.14560019.72
The recent Armaan Franklin absence has allowed Rob Phinisee to become a much bigger part of Indiana’s offense. In the last two games with Franklin out, Phinisee has re-entered the starting lineup and put up 20 and 33 DK points, respectively. On Sunday, he went off 18 points scored and was Indiana’s second-best player behind big man Trayce Jackson-Davis. If Franklin is out again - which seems likely - expect Phinisee to be very chalky in all formats because he’s way too cheap on both sites.
Terrell Brown Jr.AZOSU540018.77
With Jemarl Baker out for the season, expect Terrell Brown to join Arizona’s starting lineup tonight in the shooting guard spot. The senior transfer had been coming off the bench in a sixth-man offensive role - and his DFS value is a lot safer now that he’ll be logging starter-level minutes. He’s one of the best distributors on the team and should provide a decent floor with his ancillary stats in all areas. Without much good value on this short slate, expect him to be popular in cash games on DK.
Jamal BeyUWUSC470013.25450012.07
As bad as Washington is, there’s some cheap value on this team that will be hard to ignore on this short slate. The Huskies’ starting lineup has been shuffling around all year, but Jamal Bey has been one of the more consistent players in terms of playing time and DFS production. In the last two games, though, Bey has been way more active offensively with 15 and 18 points scored, respectively, with double-digit shot attempts in both. His 24+ DK points in consecutive games is definitely better than he’s been this season - but it’s tough to look past someone that hot scoring-wise on a team without many options outside of Quade Green.

Trayce Jackson-DavisIUPUR970038.52860036.21
With Luka Garza now off the slate, it’s Jackson-Davis as the price king on both sites - and he’ll likely be popular without many true studs to choose from. The sophomore big man is Indiana’s top offensive option as his usage rate and shot volume lead the team by a notable margin without Armaan Franklin in the mix. The head-to-head matchup vs. Purdue’s Trevion Williams may be tough tonight, but Jackson-Davis had no problem putting up 50 DK points vs. Wisconsin a week ago or 31 DK points vs. Illinois center Kofi Cockburn earlier this season. He’s on a hot streak of three straight double-doubles and should be a priority on this slate even with the elevated price tag.
Evan MobleyUSCUW890037.48830034.85
If you’re fading off Jackson-Davis and/or Trevion Williams, locking in Evan Mobley is the move on this short slate as one of the only proven studs in action. The freshman standout is coming off three straight double-doubles where he had at least 42 DK points, 19 points scored and 11 boards in each outing. He’s the clear top offensive option for USC and has a DFS ceiling as anyone when he asserts his dominance in the paint. Mobley should be in line for a huge performance against a terrible rebounding team in Washington that’s been getting gashed by opposing big men in the Pac-12. He’ll probably be more popular in cash on DK with the salary discount compared to Jackson-Davis - but he’s in play for all formats either way.
Trevion WilliamsPURIU860032.04790029.95
Can you imagine how good Williams would be for DFS if he got more playing time? The junior big man hasn’t 30 minutes in any game this season - and yet he’s still one of the best forward options for the CBB slates any time Purdue is in action. His DFS production when he’s on the floor is as good as anyone in the country as the Boilermakers’ offense usually runs around his post scoring down low. He could easily have the upper hand over Indiana’s Trayce Jackson-Davis tonight and put up 40-50 DK points like he’s capable of doing. On this slate, he’s probably more a GPP option with some risk but huge upside.

Jerome HunterIUPUR460010.8541009.92
If Armaan Franklin is out again, expect Jerome Hunter to play a key role off the bench in his absence. The sophomore wing has put up 23 and 19 DK points in the last two outings, respectively, with Franklin out as he’s an increase in playing time and overall role on both ends of the court. Without much cash value on this slate, expect Hunter to be chalky in those contests if Franklin sits again because he’ll provide about 4x return at affordable price tags.
Zach EdeyPURIU390015.42460014.30
While Trevion Williams is the star for Purdue, the team loves bringing in Zach Edey to either spell Williams or play alongside him throughout the game. Even in limited minutes, the 7-foot-4 freshman has GPP upside in any given night because of his massive size advantage over nearly every team. Edey gets around 10-15 minutes per game and can easily return 4x value with his rebounding, shot-blocking and sporadic scoring around the rim. He’s a dart throw for sure, but the value on this slate doesn’t get much better.
Christian KolokoAZOSU360013.38
As Arizona plays its first game without Jemarl Baker - who’s out for the season - coach Sean Miller has said he will shuffle around the starting lineup at least for tonight. One of those expected changes will apparently be Jordan Brown moving to the bench and Christian Koloko returning to the starting rotation. The 7-foot-1 sophomore center started the first six games of the season but has been coming off the bench lately with freshman Azuolas Tubelis supplanting him. Well, now we’ll have Koloko back starting and Tubelis remaining in there over Brown. Who knows how many minutes we’ll get from Koloko, but he’s the best rebounder and shot-blocker on the team with his size advantage - and that should provide a decent DFS floor at such a cheap price tag.
