Fatts RussellURISHU920032780030.30
With possibly the greatest and most ironic first name in the country, Fatts Russell is a dynamic offensive talent at just 5-foot-10 and 165 pounds. He’s the ball-dominant, score-first point guard for Rhode Island whose high usage rate, shot volume and 32 minutes per game will give him a safe DFS floor every time out. He’s the go-to offensive and playmaking option for the Rhode Island attack and he’ll likely have the ball a lot in this high-scoring, fast-paced matchup with Seton Hall. He’s already put up 35+ DK points in two of four games thus far - and we could easily see that same type of production from Russell tonight. The salary difference between the sites, though, makes him more a GPP option on DK and a better cash play on FD.
Jared ButlerBUIL800036.5800033.35
Baylor is built on its strong backourt with a trio of talented two-way guards - and all three are firmly in play on tonight’s slate and likely every time the Bears are in action. Jared Butler is the most expensive on both sites and deservedly so as he’s put up 35+ DK points in both of the first two games so far with per-game averages of 18.5 points, 4.5 assists, three boards, one block and 2.5 steals. He stuffs the stat sheet on both ends of the floor as one of the best on-ball defenders in the country with a 23% offensive usage rate, high shot volume and high assist rate. He’s well worth the salary on both sites for cash games. If you want a bit of a discount and some cheaper exposure for GPP’s - look at both MaCio Teague and Davion Mitchell as legit high-upside options.
Jalen SuggsGONZWV750038.25820036.80
Suggs came to Gonzaga as the program’s highest-rated high school recruit ever - but we still didn’t know what role he would have on offense with so much returning talent from last year’s squad. Well, we’re two games in with the Zags facing legit opponents (Kansas & Auburn) - and it’s clear that Suggs’ talent will win out and keep him heavily involved on offense for Mark Few’s squad. The team’s big men (Drew Timme & Corey Kispert) are both high-usage studs and will continue to be involved - but Suggs is the main guy in the backcourt whose 30% usage rate and 30% shot volume are tied for the team lead with Timme. Suggs was phenomenal vs. Kansas in the opener with 45 DK points and then followed up his collegiate debut with 31 DK points vs. Auburn. He’ll provide plenty of stat production in all categories - offensively and defensively - and he should be in line for big game yet again. He’s actually a bit underpriced on DK and will be popular on that site for the discount compared to other high-priced guards.

Shavar Reynolds Jr.SHUURI550023.62580022.25
Seton Hall has the tough task of replacing a stud scorer like Myles Powell in the backcourt this year and Shavar Reynolds is playing a key role in doing so. After not starting a game at all last season, the senior is now the Pirates’ starting point guard and has logged 29 and 28 minutes in the first two games while leading the team in assist rate. Sandro Mamukelashvili and Jared Rhoden have more of the scoring responsibility for Seton Hall now, but Reynolds will play big minutes running the point in a tight rotation - especially in this back-and-forth, high-scoring matchup with Rhode Island. Reynolds’ on-ball defense will be needed even more against Fatts Russell tonight. At the price, he’s a great cash game value who should provide 20+ DK points with his safe amount of playing time and role.
Sean McNeilWVGONZ490021.17460019.17
If you’ve played DFS CBB at all the last couple years, you know how impossible it is to predict West Virginia’s rotations on a game-to-game basis. Bob Huggins doesn’t care about your DFS lineups and he’ll switch up the starters or minutes distribution without a moment’s notice. Through the Mountaineers’ first three games, though, Huggins has kept the same lineup each time - and that makes McNeil a huge value based on his playing time. The junior has logged 32-37 minutes in all three outings and that lengthy playing time has allowed him to put up 20 DK points or so as one of the better three-point shooters on the team. WVU will need McNeil’s three-point shooting tonight with Gonzaga setting the tone with an efficient offense that will force the Mountaineers to keep pace on the scoreboard. Plus, the Zags are actually not good at defending the three - leaving some big upside for McNeil as a great GPP or cash value.
Alex AriansSDSUISU440020.33
Over on DraftKings, we should definitely get some exposure to this Iowa State-South Dakota State matchup and the latter team has some fantastic value. The Jackrabbits’ starters play heavy minutes and that guaranteed playing time is a great base to begin with in a close, paced-up matchup here. Arians, in particular, seems way underpriced as he’s playing 30-35 minutes per game and has put up 20 DK points in all three outings thus far. Although he isn’t a top scoring or offensive option for South Dakota State, the 6-foot-4 junior actually leads the team in rebounding with 6.7 per game - giving him a solid floor at a great bargain. With such a high total in this matchup, expect plenty of rebound opportunities for Arians to make him a slam dunk cash option.

Sandro MamukelashviliSHUURI850035.88720032.70
After losing Myles Powell to graduation this offseason, the door was opened for Mamukelashvili to take on a much bigger offensive role for Seton Hall - and he’s done just that early on. Over the first two games, Sandro owns the highest offensive usage rate (28%) and shots share (32%) on the team - with only Jared Rhoden challenging him to be the go-to scorer right now. The 6-foot-11 senior has logged 34+ minutes and shot it 17+ times in both games and he was fantastic against Louisville in the opener when he put up 41 DK points with a 22-point double-double. In this fast-paced game against an undersized Rhode Island frontcourt, Mamukelashvili should dominante once again and anchor Seton Hall’s offense in a high-scoring, tight contest. He’s a safe cash play with GPP upside as well.
Drew TimmeGONZWV840039.5740036.35
If you haven’t watched Gonzaga yet this season - make a point to do it tonight because this is one of the most fun teams to watch on the offensive end with so many playmakers. One of the key cogs for the Zags is Timme, their 6-foot-10 center who owns a 29% usage rate and 31% shots share through two outings. It’s Timme, guard Jalen Suggs and power forward Corey Kispert who are dominating the offensive production for Gonzaga and all will be heavily involved against a tough West Virginia defense tonight. Timme put up 36 and 44 DK points against Kansas and Auburn in the first two outings, respectively, and we should expect similar production even in a tougher matchup. Because WVU has a talented frontcourt, Timme is a better high-upside GPP play than cash game option - but can’t blame you for playing him either way for the DFS floor.
Kofi CockburnILBU780032.58680028.83
If Illinois is to pass this tough test of beating Baylor tonight, it’ll be because Kofi Cockburn dominates on both ends of the floor and smashes value as one of this slate’s studs. The Illini offense basically runs through two people - Cockburn down low and Ayo Dosunmu on the perimeter and from the guard spot. Baylor’s top-tier defense has a trio of talented guards to slow down Dosunmu - so much of the offensive usage and responsibility overall may fall on Cockburn’s shoulders. At seven feet and 285 pounds, he’ll be a handful for a committee Baylor center position that’s not the same without Freddie Gillespie and Tristtan Clark on the squad. Cockburn has put up 32 or more DK points in all three games thus far and he should provide a solid floor of 30-35 DFS points with upside for more in a favorable situation with more shot volume incoming.

Jonathan Tchamwa TchatchouaBUIL460020490018.85
Baylor will have to defend Illinois stud big man Kofi Cockburn somehow - and Tchamwa Tchatchoua will play a big role in doing so. The Bears have had the tough task of replacing both Freddie Gillespie (graduated) and Tristan Clark (medically retired) at the center position for this season and it’s been a combination of Tchamwa and Flo Thamba at the 5-spot. And although Thamba has started the first two games, it’s his teammate who’s logging more minutes off the bench with a higher usage rate on offense. Tchamwa Tchatchoua is only 6-foot-8, but his 245-pound frame allows him to be physical on both ends - which Baylor will need to pair with Thamba in the paint as they try to slow Cockburn down. Tchamwa is a bit too cheap for what his potential playing time and role on both ends will be in this matchup and he’s solid for cash games. Consider Thamba ($3900 DK / $3600 FD) more a GPP play.
Andrej JakimovskiWSUOSU400011.62
A DK only play here, but you should not overlook this Washington State squad if playing on that site tonight. There’s a ton of value in the Cougars’ frontcourt and Jakimovski is the best per-dollar option among them. The freshman only played four minutes in the opener but saw his playing time shoot up to 31 minutes last game with fellow big man Tony Miller out. It’s possible Miller is out tonight too after he was seen in a walking boot and scooter to get around over the weekend - so we could be getting 25-30 minutes from Jakimovski yet again. With that extended playing time, he provided 17.5 DK points with a decent usage rate in the three-point win. Tonight’s matchup will also be a close one so we’ll gladly take this guy as a salary-saver in cash games if he’s on the floor for 20+ minutes at just 4k.
Eugene OmoruyiOREMIZZ  30000.00
Honestly, this is just a mispricing by FanDuel that we can basically lock in at min price if you’re playing on that site. Oregon hasn’t played yet this year so we don’t exactly know what their starting lineup or rotation will look like - but Omoruyi should see enough playing time to return plenty of value. After sitting out all last season after transferring from Rutgers, Omoruyi is actually a legit candidate to start at center or power forward for the Ducks tonight after was an honorable mention All-Big Ten pick two years ago. He'll form a talented Oregon frontcourt with N’Faly Dante ($4500) and you can also consider him on FD as he’s way too cheap for his upside.
