2022 Player Outlook

Can we please get a full year of health for Puk? Please!? He's been no stranger to the injured list in his young career, but even through just 24.2 big league innings, you can see the presence he has on the mound. With an imposing frame, he's got a fastball that lives in the mid-to-upper 90s, with a slider that makes batters look like the cartoon version of the Tasmanian Devil. Regardless of his role, he can help your team's ratios, health willing. Puk figures to spend a good bit of the time in the bullpen this year, as the team looks to keep their young southpaw healthy. If he can get to 70-80 innings, he should post a solid strikeout rate, notch a couple wins, holds and maybe even saves. He could develop into one of the game's more lucrative relievers from a fantasy perspective, health willing.
