Rhythm, in all aspects of life, can be the catalyst that elevates you to the next level. In a personal relationship, when good chemistry is joined with a solid rhythm, you could have the lasting, fulfilling relationship you desire. That same combo makes for a more than erotic scene to direct and watch. In hoops, players individual rhythm mixed with chemistry which I touched on last week, can help fill the stat sheet for your fantasy basketball team. When these two factors ignite together, chemistry and rhythm you might just have it all, especially on your fantasy basketball squad.

Rhythm can be the missing link in the teams chemistry, the cherry on top, to create a slam dunk of success.

Rhythm can be the spark that lights the fire and ignites the chemistry on the court.

It looks like the Cavaliers have finally found the rhythm that works with their teams growing chemistry.

Watching the rematch between the Washington Wizards and the Cleveland Cavaliers last Wednesday night reminded me of the movie “When Stella Got Her Grove Back” with LeBron James taking on the role of Stella. LeBron showcased his individual abilities that night with 29 points, 10 rebounds and eight assists. Those individual abilities created the spark ignited that team chemistry leading the Cavaliers to a 113 to 87 win. The rhythm was felt, seen and heard in that matchup.

LeBron has showed us that the Cavaliers have the tenacity to potentially have it all. Incredibly fundamentally sound play, a now very present chemistry combined with the rhythm, contributed to the momentum that now has the Cavaliers working on a three game winning streak leading to a record of 8-7. Kevin Love banged the boards with a season high of 28 points and recorded 10 rebounds, two assists and two steals Saturday while Kyrie Irving scored 24 points, 10 rebounds, five assists and three blocks Saturday night against the Indiana Pacers. The Cavaliers took home this game winning 109-97.

Another player that started to find his rhythm as the team is starting to find some chemistry is Marcin Gortat. He had extraordinary game Saturday night against the New Orleans Pelicans stacking the stat sheets with his season highs including 24 points, 13 rebounds, two assists, two steals and four blocks. That's fantasy gold. When you combine the phenomenal rhythm of Marcin Gortat Saturday night and the consistent chemistry of the Wizards it is no surprise they pulled off the win against the Pelicans 83-80.

The next time I get the opportunity to watch LeBron play live, I will be sure to be yelling Stella when I see him. If you haven’t seen “When Stella Got her Groove Back” then make some time. It is a sexy movie and the perfect way to describe LeBron who this week, without a doubt, got his grove back.
