Point Guards

Stephen CurryGSW4Four games = four reasons to expect a ton of fantasy production.
Russell WestbrookOKC3Still going to be productive with Kevin Durant back and will still have the ability to take over games without any Durant interference
Chris PaulLAC3You can never go wrong with Paul in this offense. He is the “lobber” of LOB CITY.
Damian LillardPOR4The Blazers backcourt has been the catalyst for their offense and only form of consistency.
John WallWSH4Can run the floor as good and fast as any player and assist numbers should go up with Bradley Beal at full strength. Must keep turnovers down.
Eric BledsoePHX4Very consistent scorer this season and has the opportunity to take as many shots as he wants in this offense.
Rajon RondoSAC4We have seen triple-double’s from Rondo and a lot of overall success in Sacramento. Rondo has changed this offense from Rudy Gay isolation to a more up-tempo style
Kyle LowryTOR3The Raptors have some health issues in their frontcourt and will need to rely heavily on Lowry’s long range shooting and quick driving ability.
Mike ConleyMEM3Conley has been making a lot better decisions with the ball over the last couple of weeks and is being more patient when it comes to finding his open looks.
Isaiah ThomasBOS3With Marcus Smart ailing from injuries, Thomas will need to be in the game virtually at all times. His speed and solid court vision is always a big help when the Celtics are on the break.
Reggie JacksonDET4Has proven that not only can he be a starter in the league, but does everything you need from your point/shooting guard and even helps on the rebounding end.
Michael Carter-WilliamsMIL4The deal is this - if he can shoot 40 percent or higher from the field he will be very effective and you can see when watching that his confidence goes up and makes better decisions with the ball
Jarrett JackBKN3Jack has stepped up at a spot in which the Nets lack depth and always looks to drive first to draw contact.
Jeff TeagueATL3Fully healthy and is needed to help spread the floor so the Hawks can find openings from mid-range.
Elfrid PaytonORL3Amazing ball handler and has improved his jumper. Excellent at reading screens and can make it inside the key before his first pass which will help his assist totals.
Mo WilliamsCLE3When LeBron James draws the double or triple team, Williams is constantly left open and knocks down long jumpers with ease.
Deron WilliamsDAL4He truly has been playing like his old self in which you see confidence in his shooting, and smart decision making with his passing.
Emmanuel MudiayDEN4Attitude needs to improve or else you can imagine he will lose playing time, but the flipside is that the Nuggets don’t have any other options and he has shown tremendous speed when on the floor.
Kemba WalkerCHA2The Hornets will need to rely on their guards for scoring this week due to health issues and Walker has been shooting the ball better lately.
Derrick RoseCHI3Controls the offense when on the floor, but I still feel that he is on a playing time limit and has not been the healthiest this year.

Shooting Guards

Player Team# of GamesComment
James HardenHOU4When watching the Rockets on offense, you would think that Harden is the Player-Coach of this team.
Brandon KnightPHX4Excellent back court scorer on a team that has a non-threatening front-court.
Klay ThompsonGSW4Thompson has been shooting better and is starting to get back into rhythm, but even when he shoots, he still looks as if his back is bothering him.
Bradley BealWSH4It took him a game or two to recover, but Beal is shooting a lot and well and returns to being the secondary scoring weapon on the Wizards.
C.J. McCollumPOR4Still is able to get scoring opportunities with Damian Lillard playing in the back court with him and has become an excellent lane driver.
Dwyane WadeMIA3When Wade is playing, he is a No. 1 scoring option and can absolutely be relied on.
DeMar DeRozanTOR3Still does not understand the concept of keeping away from driving through traffic, but has been using his height in the post and will see more success.
Victor OladipoORL3Hard player to guard and has an excellent floater inside that he consistently uses. Definitely a drive-first player.
Goran DragicMIA3The Heat trading Mario Chalmers is the best thing for Dragic because he is a much more effective point guard than shooting guard.
Kobe BryantLAL4Now that Bryant has announced his retirement, you can imagine that he will be playing a lot more minutes and will be the top offensive weapon on the struggling Lakers.
Trevor ArizaHOU4Great perimeter defender who provides steals, rebounds and can absolutely knock down the open trey. Ariza will continue to get a lot of playing time.
Jimmy ButlerCHI3More effective when Rose is not on the court, but very effective when setting up inside the key.
Eric GordonNO3Health has surprisingly not been a factor and has been a big offensive threat on a heavily banged up Pelicans team. Excellent long-range shooter.
Monta EllisIND3Ellis has been the Pacers change of pace player as he has proven he can play either guard spot and that will result in more playing time.
Gordon HaywardUTA3Sometimes his jumper is on and other times not, but when it is not, Hayward is a disciplined enough player to work as a facilitator to get the ball inside.
Joe JohnsonBKN3The Nets need Johnson to shoot well because of lack of consistency in their scoring. Johnson has been doing a great job working the middle of the court and finding open looks.
J.J. RedickLAC3Redick is fully healthy and has taken back his spot as the prime secondary scoring option and has been lethal with playing time not being on his side.
Nicolas BatumCHA2The Hornets frontcourt is hurting and Batum will need to use his post game and pop outside off a screen to nail open mid range jumpers.
Kevin MartinMIN2On a cold streak in terms of shooting and will continue to lose playing time despite Ricky Rubio being hurt. He has proven he can be a minor rebounding help.
Kyle KorverATL3One of the most lethal shooters in the game, IF he is getting open looks. 50 percent of the time Korver will be dominant, but needs to continue look for open opportunities inside the key.

Small Forwards

LeBron JamesCLE3If this was the week, you thought that James would be any other ranking outside of 1st, sorry to disappoint you.
Paul GeorgeIND3George has been able to show his dynamism with other Pacers guards in and out of the lineup.
Kawhi LeonardSA4Still does not look comfortable when the Spurs are at full strength, but his playing time should not take a hit.
Kevin DurantOKC3Durant has shown for the most part that he’s put his injuries behind him and his shooting motion looks the same as before showing that soreness is not altering his shot.
Carmelo AnthonyNYK3Anthony has been shooting better and has more importantly been rebounding showing that he is not a strict scoring forward.
DeMarre CarrollTOR3Carroll’s shooting range has added more to this Raptors team and with an injured front court, he will be relied on more.
Rudy GaySAC4Has been one of the most reliable shooters this year and with DeMarcus Cousins hurting, he will be able to shoot more.
Tobias HarrisORL3Harris continues to work his way from the elbow to the middle of the paint and he is hard to stop once he hits the paint because of his smooth short jumper.
Giannis AntetokounmpoMIL4Will continue to rack up playing time because he can play in 3-4 positions of the Bucks rotation.
Danilo GallinariDEN4Continues to be the Nuggets top shooter and scoring options so you must continue to ride him.
Thaddeus YoungBKN3Young’s defense keeps him in games, but it is his offense that has been impressive, as he has been succeeding a lot in the post.
Al-Farouq AminuPOR4The lack of front-court presence will ultimately hurt the Blazers in the long run, but Aminu has been the most aggressive forward on this team and is excellent at following his own shots.
Jae CrowderBOS3Crowder continues to play the post very well and whe the opposition sets up their offense, he is a reliable on the ball defender.
Khris MiddletonMIL4Middleton’s shot has been on and is excellent at paint placement. He sets up so either someone else can cut around him and get open or handle the post himself.
Ersan IlyasovaDET4He is playing like his playing time is not secure and that is because the Pistons forward’s are being shuffled. They are going with a hot hand approach.
Andrew WigginsMIN2Very good scorer, but with that being his main and only attribute, playing in two games this week definitely down grades him.
Marcus MorrisDET4You never know which Morris you are going to get; The confident shooter and post player who keeps plays alive, or the non existent player hanging outside the key the whole game.
Wesley MatthewsDAL4If Matthews can try to get open more at the elbow, he will see much more success on offense. If he camps out at the key, he won’t see as many shot opportunities.
Chandler ParsonsDAL4The Mavs are doing everything they can to get Parsons open, but it is not working out as much. He needs to drive more, but health may be preventing him.
Jeff GreenMEM3Green will always be in the game because of his great perimeter defense, but you never know when he will be scoring in double figures

Power Forwards

Player Team# of GamesComment
Anthony DavisNO3With most players on the Pelicans injured, Davis will continue to be the main and potentially only inside option on offense.
Paul MillsapATL3Continues to shoot well and is excellent at driving to the basket and knowing when he is in traffic inside and should pass off.
Blake GriffinLAC3As long as he continues to use his post game over his jumper, he will see a lot more success scoring.
Greg MonroeMIL4Monroe is being utilized properly and has been burning opposition in the post. Monroe has a couple of excellent spin moves to the basket.
LaMarcus AldridgeSA4The Spurs continue to let Aldridge create from the elbow and will always get a consistent amount of plays on offense.
Kevin LoveCLE3I wish he played in the post more where he was successful in Minnesota, but has also been able to find success as a jump shooter.
Tim DuncanSA4Very hard to believe that Duncan is STILL one of the top low block players in the game as long as he doesn’t have the “rest” virus and gets benched.
Dirk NowitzkiDAL4Continues to shoot well especially in late game situations. His jumper is very hard to defend against.
Draymond GreenGSW4With Harrison Barnes sidelined for the next few games, Green’s shooting will be needed from mid-range and will get to work the ball more inside.
Serge IbakaOKC3I say it every week -- take anything he does offensively as a bonus.
Chris BoshMIA3He’s had a couple of off games recently, but is still relying heavily on his mid range game and giving the heat second chance scoring opportunities.
Derrick FavorsUTA3Favors has been the Jazz most consistent scorer this year and is using his isolation game sparingly. While Rudy Gobert has handled the lower block, Favors has been an excellent on the ball defender.
Pau GasolCHI3Excellent post player and provides the amount of offense the Bulls need from their bigs because Joakim Noah provides no offense.
Kristaps PorzingisNYK3We have been seeing a ton of double-double’s and good shots. Porzingis is disciplined, especially on defense. He has been using is size to his advantage despite his lack of bulk.
Markieff MorrisPHX4With Tyson Chandler hurting, Morris will be used more on the lower block in the post and should be seeing more playing time.
Jared SullingerBOS3Excellent at working his way inside and controlling the paint. Sullinger has been one of the most effective rebounders this season.
Zach RandolphMEM3MINOR INJURY RISK: (Knee): When in, he is one of the toughest players to defend against inside and you can always expect a lot of rebounds.
Kenneth FariedDEN4Raw offensively, but excellent at keeping plays alive and rebounding.
Nikola MiroticCHI3Has a very consistent long-range jumper but does not utilize it enough (part his fault, part Derrick Rose’s fault for taking shot opportunities away from him.
Marvin WilliamsCHA2Been scoring in double figures and has been rewarded with more playing time. Also, Williams has helped out with blocks as well taking the Michael Kidd-Gilchrest role.

Centers

Player Team# of GamesComment
Andre DrummondDET4Continues to be the most dominant Center in the league this season.
DeMarcus CousinsSAC4MINOR INJURY RISK: (Back). If he is in, you play him, (even if his health is less than 50 percent).
Al HorfordATL3Continues to shoot well from long range and in the post. It is hard to stop the Hawks inside between Horford and Millsap.
Marc GasolMEM3Has been taking one-handed shots from inside and continues to be a force at the key offensively and overall defensively as well.
DeAndre JordanLAC3Major help in rebounds and blocks and steals and is excellent at being the recipient of an alley-oop. He would not have fit as well on the Mavericks with his style of play.
Nikola VucevicORL3Fully healthy and back to using the post effectively. Also has a good drive move down the middle that is hard to defend against.
Hassan WhitesideMIA3Continues to rebound well and is lethal as long as he stays out of foul trouble.
Marcin GortatWSH4Gortat has been up and down this season when it comes to his production. Lately he’s been up and with Nene in and out of the lineup (shocker) his services are absolutely needed.
Brook LopezBKN3Continues to shoot well from the outside, but as always, GOTTA HAVE MORE REBOUNDS!
Rudy GobertUTA3One of the biggest rebounding threats in the league and mainly scores on second chance tip-ins.
Tristan ThompsonCLE3Has been a major rebounder over the last few weeks posting consistent double-digit rebounding stat-lines. Timofey Mozgov has been limited in minutes because of lack of consistency.
Jahil OkaforPHI3Off the court, Okafor has been a mess and hopefully it will not impact his status or playing time with the Sixers. Has been playing the post well all year.
Zaza PachuliaDAL4Quietly gets double-doubles and scores inside because the Mavs do not like to play two-way basketball. Instant offense.
Karl-Anthony TownsMIN2Excellent scorer inside and out but only has two games. With the Timberwolves guards hurt and not shooting well, he will continue to be a major scoring option.
Nerlens NoelPHI3MINOR INJURY RISK: (Knee). Should be good to go and not have to miss time. He has done a very good job playing slow-ball and taking time to work his way inside.
Andrew BogutGSW4Big volume player as Bogut has trouble keeping up with the pace of the Warriors offense, but has been the big body inside that they’ve needed and has been rebounding.
Enes KanterOKC3Will need to play more inside with Kevin Durant back and will need to use his pump-fake more to draw contact and get to the line. Has not been reading his opposition well.
Mason PlumleePOR4Continues to take advantage of the lack of big man depth on the Blazers and plays hard and aggressively every game. It is hard to tell what kind of night Plumlee will have offensively.
Tyson ChandlerPHX4MINOR INJURY RISK (Hamstring): Has a good history of recovering from hamstring tightness quick and should not miss time.
Al JeffersonCHA2MINOR INJURY RISK: (Calf). Getting an MRI on his calf and has a short week. If he is in, he will make an impact, but would not be surprised if the Hornets rested him for a couple of games to get him back to 100 percent.
