“Get busy living, or get busy dying.”

That line was delivered in powerful fashion by Morgan Freeman’s character Ellis (Red) Boyd Redding in the movie Shawshank Redemption. Ironically, it’s also the motto for Fantasy Alarm and a message we deliver at just about every staff meeting we have.

The 2015 calendar year is here and with it a new world order for fantasy sports. Let’s face it, the days of once a year drafts and tabulating your own scores are long gone. So are the days of not knowing whether a player was in our out of the lineups until game time or waiting until the end of the season to cash your league prize.

The fantasy sports industry is changing rapidly day by day and we at Fantasy Alarm plan to continue to be the ones who lead that charge. Our visitors, readers, followers, listeners and viewers have spoken and we have listened.

Over the next 24 hours our website www.fantasyalarm.com will be undergoing some very exciting changes. Among the benefits of these changes are the integration of Fantasy Alarm TV complete with some exciting new programming from your favorite Fantasy Alarm personalities as well as other greats from around the industry.

Our award winning news feed will also be improved in the way you read, search and share our news and commentary.

DFS players will rejoice for the new NBA, MLB & NFL tools that will be a focal point of the new site. We plan on not only handing you the top lineup and plays of the day but also teaching you how to become a winning DFS player.

The new site design will most importantly allow our visitors to find all of the great content produced by our news team and featured writers. You will also have more direct access to the likes of Jeff Mans, Ray Flowers, Howard Bender, Ted Schuster, Rick Wolf & more on a daily basis.

In order to make these changes though we will have to temporarily shut down our site over the next six hours to ensure this transition runs smoothly. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause but have chosen the early morning hours to make this change so that we will not impact any of our news, lineup or DFS content today or tomorrow.

If you need ANYTHING during these hours PLEASE feel free to contact us directly via Twitter (@FantasyAlarm or @Jeff_Mans). We appreciate your business and your patience during this transition.

THANK YOU,

THE FANTASY ALARM STAFF
