What a great way to start the NFL DFS Playbook last week then you send our readers straight into the money in some of the biggest contests around. I guess when you uncover gems like Brandin Cooks, Rashad Jennings and Markus Wheaton the rest is easy sledding.

This week the Playbook is loving the Cardinals against the miserable Giants secondary as well as the 49ers rushing attack versus the terrible Bears run defense. All hands on deck with these two and I hear cash registers ring every time I think about those matchups.

The Thursday edition produced Bernard Pierce as a useful weekly play but once again playing a high volume of Thursday players simply didn't work out again. As we sit here on Sunday morning I am really craving as many shares of the Monday night game as possible. The Colts and Eagles are going to be lighting up the scoreboard and guys like Nick Foles, LeSean McCoy and Reggie Wayne are going to come up big this week.

Also, Adrian Peterson's loss is a weekly players gain. Matt Asiata will draw the start against the Patriots now with Peterson officially being deactivated for this weeks game. Asiata at just $3,000 can provide quite a bit of salary relief as we try and get as many high end players into our lineups as possible. The only downfall will be that his ownership will be quite high this week.

Here is the UPDATED NFL DFS Playbook for Week 2:
