Daily Fantasy Baseball Playbook: August 2nd
If you create a new account RIGHT now over at DraftKings ($10 minimum) using our link here, you will receive a FREE 2014 Fantasy Alarm Fantasy Football Draft Guide, NFL Assistant GM In-Season Package and our COMPLETE DFS tools for this coming fantasy football season.
Our daily fantasy baseball show on SiriusXM may be over (for now!) but the DFS Playbook is alive and well and will be for the rest of the season. We will have a Playbook for the football season as well so no worries folks, we got you covered.
Tonight I am going right back to the well that didn't treat me so well last night. I am hopping back on the Tigers as my top stack and I will be entering them into a couple higher limit tournaments this evening. As most of you know by now my quest for Atlantis on DraftKings still eludes me after yesterday's middle of the road performance (thanks Chris Sale!) but that is to be expected. Tonight I am revving back up my double ups to make my money back from last nights tournament loss. Who knows...maybe I'll take another shot next week.
Tonight we see a ton of value pitchers on the board, none of which really excite me. I am going to go ahead and play some value arms such as Rick Porcello and Vance Worley while loading up on the highest of the high bats. Last night value bats ruled the Playbook but going cheap on pitchers should allow us plenty of high end sticks this evening.
Here is the DFS Playbook for Saturday August 2nd:
|Scott Van Slyke||OF||3,600||2,600||4,400|
If this DFS Playbook isn't enough daily information for you I strongly recommend you check out some of our other DFS Tools as well. We've got: Ray Flowers Daily Trends article, Daily Fantasy Projections & Salaries, Batter Vs. Pitcher data, Weather Report & our entire DFS repertoire. We always welcome suggestions to in order to help us develop the best DFS tools in the fantasy sports industry.
You see the thing is...I'm running all of these numbers every single day and when they spit out unquestionable pluses in every category I have to take note. Longoria is a guy who we are watching just begin one of his patented hot streaks. Never question the Playbook!!
ahhh...yep. Longoria is hitting 50 points and slugging nearly 100 points higher Vs LHP this year. He always has been a lefty killer and has walked 4 times in previous 16 PA's which always seems to precede a hot streak.
