Tua Tagovailoa

2025 Season Recap
Tua Tagovailoa had the worst season of his career in 2025, throwing for 2,660 yards with 20 touchdowns and a league-high 15 interceptions across 14 games. The interceptions piled up, the efficiency cratered, and he was eventually benched by Miami before the end of the year. The Dolphins cut ties completely, rebuilt their quarterback room, and Tua landed in Atlanta on a one-year minimum deal. Rock bottom, essentially.
2026 Fantasy Outlook
Here is the thing: Tua is actually leading the QB competition in Atlanta as of mid-June. Michael Penix has not been cleared for 11-on-11 work yet after his ACL injury, and Tua has been handling first-team reps and getting raves from head coach Kevin Stefanski about his accuracy and fit in the offense. Bijan Robinson, Drake London, and Kyle Pitts are legitimately great weapons. If Tua wins this job, the upside is real. He has been a high-efficiency passer in past seasons and this environment could help him rediscover that form. He is the consensus QB31, and the situation is worth monitoring closely. If Penix's return drags into the season, Tua becomes a genuinely interesting dart.
