Rico Dowdle
#13 Active2026 Fantasy Football Player Profile
2025 Season Recap
Rico Dowdle was one of the absolute biggest surprises of the 2025 fantasy landscape while starring for the Carolina Panthers. He played all 17 games, racking up 196.8 fantasy points on the strength of 236 carries for 1,076 yards and six touchdowns, alongside 39 catches for 297 yards. He flashed dominant mid-season form with consecutive monster outings.
2026 Fantasy Outlook
Dowdle signed with Pittsburgh in free agency, landing in a high-profile backfield tandem alongside Jaylen Warren. Playing alongside Aaron Rodgers, DK Metcalf, and Michael Pittman Jr. will stretch defenses horizontally and vertically, creating lighter boxes. While a committee caps his weekly predictability, Dowdle's proven tackle-breaking skill set gives him major spike-week potential and standalone flex value.
