Cole Schwindt has signed a three-year, entry-level contract with the Florida Panthers.

"Cole is a talented and responsible two-way player who had an excellent season playing a key role with Mississauga," said Panthers GM Dale Tallon. "He possesses great versatility, size and character and we are excited about his continued development with the Panthers." The 18-year-old forward produced 28 goals and 71 points in 57 games with the OHL's Mississauga Steelheads during the 2019-20 season. Schwindt was chosen by Florida in the third round (81st overall) of the 2019 NHL Draft.
