Maxi Kleber is reportedly "behind" other Mavs players in his recovery from COVID-19, according to Brad Townsend of Dallas Morning News.

Dorian Finney-Smith, Dwight Powell and Josh Richardson were all on the Mavs' bench in street clothes during Monday's game, and it sounds like they're closer to a return than Kleber. When he does return, Kleber will give Dallas an instant infusion of defense and rebounding, but he has a narrow path to fantasy value with Kristaps Porzingis, Powell, and even James Johnson in the mix.

Mike Puma of the New York Post reports that Jackie Bradley Jr. remains "solid on the Mets' radar."

The Mets are also reportedly engaged on Trevor Bauer, so it's unclear whether they are looking to sign one or both, but there's no question that the club could use an upgrade in center field. One major unknown for all teams is whether the DH will remain in the National League this season. That's especially relevant for the Mets, who could be forced to put Dom Smith in left field. If the club was to sign Bradley, they would have a playing time crunch on their hands with Brandon Nimmo on their roster. But that talks are continuing suggests that the Mets are still optimistic the DH will be in place come Opening Day.

Tony Bradley had his best scoring night of the season on Monday, recording 12 points, nine rebounds and a block in 23 minutes off the bench.

Bradley started the second half over veteran Dwight Howard who started the game with Joel Embiid (back) out for rest purposes. He shot 5-of-7 from the floor and 2-of-2 from the line, just missing what would've been his second double-double of the season. If Bradley can make the most of his minute like he did tonight, he might be a decent streaming option over Howard the next time Embiid is out.

Brooks Koepka has reportedly parted ways with his longtime swing coach, Claude Harmon III, with the split happening a few days after the 2020 Masters.

Eamon Lynch of Golfweek reported the news, getting the confirmation from Harmon during a post-win interview for another one of his clients, Si Woo Kim. Harmon told Golfweek, "I was informed on the Wednesday after the Masters that he wanted to go in a different direction." Koepka says he still considers Harmon family which could lead to a reunion at some point in their future. We saw Dustin Johnson split with CH3 last June but that split didn't last long. As for Koepka, he is 0-for-2 since parting ways with his longtime coach (missed cuts at Mayakoba and The American Express). He will look to get back on track this week as he preps for the Farmers Insurance Open at Torrey Pines.

Bradley missed the cut at the Sony Open and last week's American Express, finding himself slumping to start the new year. He lost 7 strokes putting at the Sony Open and another 2.5 strokes lost at PGA WEST (one round). Combined, that is -9.5 SGP over his last three measured rounds. Gamers should remove him from all weekly lineups and wait for his putter to heat up before reinvesting. That may be a long wait as he hasn't gained strokes putting in consecutive events since the 2019 Travelers Championship and 2019 3M Open.

Lindsey Adler of The Athletic reports that the Red Sox are acquiring Adam Ottavino from the Yankees.

Yes, the rare Yankees/Red Sox trade. It appears the main motivation for the Yankees was freeing up the cash, as Jon Heyman of MLB Network reports that the Red Sox are set to pick up most of what's owed to Ottavino ($8 million in 2021, $3 million deferred) for the remainder of his deal. Buster Olney of ESPN reports that the Yankees are kicking in $850,000. Per Joel Sherman of the New York Post, New York will also send prospect right-hander Frank German to Boston, so the Red Sox are essentially buying a prospect while buying low on a reliever. Ottavino, 35, posted a rough 5.89 ERA over 24 relief appearances in 2020, but he's obviously capable of better. According to Bryan Hoch of MLB.com, the Yankees will receive a player to be named later or cash considerations in return.

Bradley has already been ruled out for Monday vs. the Nets but should clear the protocols any day now, along with Jimmy Butler. With Kendrick Nunn playing so well, it's going to be interesting to see how coach Erik Spoelstra handles the rotation but we don't see a reason to pick up Bradley yet.

Jack Curry of YES Network reports that the Yankees recently "rekindled conversations" with free agent outfielder Brett Gardner.

Curry writes that the two sides got in touch after the recently completed deal for D.J. LeMahieu. Gardner probably wouldn't have a regular role at this point, but he still offers value as a left-handed batter who can play all across the outfield. The Yankees declined Gardner's $10 million option for 2021 after the 37-year-old batted just .223/.354/.392 during the truncated 2020 campaign. He's spent his entire 13-year major league career in pinstripes.

The No. 45 player in 9-cat leagues had another strong night featuring a pair of steals to go along with 25 points, seven rebounds, and five assists. Randle’s been awesome all year, and a big reason why the Knicks are a competitive group. His percentages have dipped recently, shooting below 39% in three of his last four games, but he's providing a ton of value rebounding and passing the ball. A year after placing outside the top-100, he appears to be a top-50 fantasy player for real.

Bradley makes more sense positionally since the Giants could use a center fielder more than corner outfielder. However, Rosario would offer more offensive potential for a club that could use some more thump in their lineup. The Mets, Phillies, Red Sox, Astros and Rockies have been connected to Bradley, while the Red Sox and Marlins are reportedly interested in Rosario.

Rams signed QB Devlin Hodges to a reserve/future contract.

Known as "Duck," Hodges appeared in eight games, starting six, for the Steelers in 2019, going 3-3 on the back of the Pittsburgh defense. Hodges completed 62.5% of his passes at 6.6 yards per attempt with a 5:8 TD:INT mark. He averaged 132.9 passing yards per game and absorbed 15 sacks. Hodges won't be the one pushing Jared Goff in camp next summer. The Rams also signed DB Jake Gervase to a reserve/future deal.

The Athletic's Katherine Terrell expects the Saints to "move on" from Jared Cook this offseason.

Cook has an $8.04 million roster bonus due on the second day of the new league year, making the move something of a no-brainer for the cap-strapped Saints. Less involved in the offense this season, especially as the year wore on, Cook's 37 receptions were his second fewest since 2010. This, for a team that struggled for healthy pass-catching options. Cutting Cook would create $9.1 million in space for a team that is well north of $100 million over the cap. Cook turns 34 in April.

Speaking Tuesday, Rams GM Les Snead declined to endorse Jared Goff as the team's 2021 starter.

ESPN's Lindsey Thiry reports Snead "declined to provide a yes/no answer" on Goff's future before "referencing Aaron Rodgers' recent quote about the future being a beautiful mystery." Snead joins coach Sean McVay in seemingly going out of his way not to endorse his starting quarterback. The Rams have realized what everyone else has, that their offense is hard capped under the No. 1 overall pick of the 2016 draft. The problem is the salary cap, which would be left in smoldering ruins by any potential Goff move. Unless some other team is willing to pay Goff $25.6 million in 2021, there is essentially no way the Rams can get out from underneath his deal this offseason, but perhaps they will add legitimate competition and roll with the highest-paid backup in the history of professional sports. We have a long way to go in this journey.

Dozier was running in transition when he pulled up short and limped into the locker room, so it's no surprise that he'll need to miss time with the injury. The severity of the strain is unclear but since he's being ruled out a day in advance, there's a chance he'll also miss Friday's game in San Antonio. His 19.4 minutes per game should get divvied up by Will Barton, Gary Harris and Michael Porter Jr.
