Jamal Murray (left shoulder) played 43 minutes in Saturday’s 2OT win over the Suns, scoring 26 points (10-of-22 FGs, 3-of-4 FTs) with six rebounds, five assists, one blocked shot and three 3-pointers.

Murray was a question mark for this one due to the left shoulder issue, but he was able to take on his usual workload in a double-overtime marathon. And he was the reason why the game went to overtime, as his contested 3-pointer as time expired tied the game at the end of regulation. Murray has struggled with his shot a bit this season, with his sore right elbow being a big reason why. He was better Saturday night, so hopefully this is a step in the right direction for him. Over the last week, the “Blue Arrow” has been a top-80 player in both 8- and 9-cat formats, which is well below his Yahoo ADP (37).

The Mavericks have recalled Tyrell Terry from the G-League's Memphis Hustle.

As Dallas did not send its G-League affiliate to the bubble in Orlando, Terry was allocated to the Grizzlies' affiliate. The rookie point guard appeared in 13 games for the Hustle, all starts, and averaged 14.7 points, 5.1 rebounds, 3.2 assists, 1.1 steals and 1.5 3-pointers per while shooting 42.4% from the field and 80.8% from the foul line. Terry, who wasn't a rotation player when with the Mavericks pre-bubble, will be in a similar position once the second half begins. He can be left on the waiver wire.

The Celtics and Hornets have shown interest in trading for Magic All-Star center Nikola Vucevic.

Vucevic is in the heart of his prime playing years at 30 years old and is having the best season of his career, averaging 24.6 points on 48.3% shooting from the field and 41.2% from 3-point range with 11.6 rebounds, 3.7 assists, 1.0 steals, and 0.6 blocks. According to the report, rival teams are expecting the offer for any successful Vucevic trade to have to be massive. He's owed $72 million over his next three seasons.

Though both Prince and Osman appear in the Cavs' rotation on a nightly basis, neither have been labeled as part of their core group for the future, so they could be moved. For fantasy purposes, both take away from each other's ceiling and if one goes, both can be more valuable players for managers depending on the situation. Expect a contender to chase either for a featured bench role.

Nance Jr.'s team-friendly deal, which has around $32.1 million over three years remaining, is desirable for a ton of contenders. Though he's still recovering from surgery on his finger, he should return soon and could provide a title-chasing team a solid boost in play-making, rebounding, and shooting off the bench. The Timberwolves, according to Cleveland.com, have also been aggressively pursuing him since the offseason. Still, Cleveland has reportedly been reluctant to entertain a deal involving him.

Porter Jr. was recalled earlier than expected, before the end of the G League playoffs. The Rockets view him as a backup point guard and playmaker for their second unit and clearly want him to start integrating with the team as soon as possible to have him ready to go for the second half of the season. We'll have to monitor how he plays in the rotation going forward.

The Rockets are believed to be OK keeping Eric Gordon's four-year, $75 million contract through the trade deadline, per the Houston Chronicle.

The Rockets, who are in the midst of a 13-game losing streak, are in an odd situation as a team that doesn't know what it has considering all of its top players have missed time and John Wall, Christian Wood, Eric Gordon, and Victor Oladipo have spent just eight minutes together on the floor. The report states that Houston thinks most of its longer-term deals, including Gordon, may be worth keeping as the team would roll the dice if it opted to do a fire-sale and tank. The franchise owes the Oklahoma City Thunder its draft pick via a swap if it falls outside the top-4.

“I think Melo has adjusted to the NBA game better than any of us ever thought this early in his career,” Jordan told The Associated Press. “He has exceeded our expectations so far this season.” This year, the No. 3 overall pick from the 2020 draft is averaging 15.8 points, 6.3 assists, six rebounds and 1.6 steals per game — each of which is the best among all rookies — on 45/38/80 shooting splits. Mason Plumlee is among Pistons players circulating in trade rumors along with veterans Delon Wright and Wayne Ellington, per James Edwards III of The Athletic.

Detroit is reportedly not going to be too active before the March 25 trade deadline. But Pistons GM Troy Weaver has to do his due diligence and at least yield calls from opposing franchises, and Plumlee is said to be of interest to multiple teams, per The Athletic, and understandably so. The center is averaging 10.4 points, 9.1 rebounds, 3.8 assists and nearly a steal and a block in 28 minutes a night and many contending teams would love his offensive versatility and rebounding effort. Point guard Delon Wright and shooting guard Wayne Ellington are also on the radar of other NBA groups, too.

The Rockets are reportedly "elated to have such a prodigious talent on their hands." They hope some time in the G League will improve Porter's conditioning as well as his leadership both on and off the court. Head coach Stephen Silas also envisions him as a primary playmaker with the second unit, with the coaching staff treating him as a point guard rather than a wing. The G League wraps up Mar. 11 so it shouldn't be long before we see Porter in the Rockets' rotation.

Conley gets his first All-Star nod in his 14th NBA season, and it's an honor he's been eager to accept. "I’m playing the best basketball of my entire career," he said. "Being 33 years old, I’ve never had the opportunity to play in the [All-Star] game. I’ve had the door shut so many times." He replaces Devin Booker (left knee) who was initially slated to replace Anthony Davis. Conley is putting together a bounce-back season and he also makes the 9-cat fantasy all-star team behind averages of 16.1 points, 5.7 dimes, 3.5 boards and 1.4 steals with great efficiency.
