Kevon Looney (core muscle) has been practicing without restrictions at the Warriors' minicamp and said that this is the best he's felt physically in over two years.
Looney had a tough time staying healthy during the 2019-20 season, but he's since recovered from his core muscle surgery and went "full bore" at Wednesday's practice, according to head coach Steve Kerr. He was expected to have a prominent role with the club this past season, but various injuries kept him off the court so that just didn't happen. It'll be interesting to watch the battle between him and Marquese Chriss for the starting center spot at next year's training camp. Sep 24 4:16 pm (EST)
