2023 Player Outlook
2023 Recap: Cabrera played every position except for catcher last season and while his overall batting average was poor (.211) and he didn’t hit for much power (.299 SLG), his 21.8 K rate was slightly better than league average.
2024 Outlook: The Yanks will continue to use Cabrera as a super utility player. He still has two options and could be sent down to the minors if he slumps or if the Yanks need the bench spot.
