  1. Cain -> Arrietta trade

    Received an offer of Jake Arrietta for Lorenzo Cain. My current OF: Mookie Betts, Christian Yelich, Lorenzo Cain, Jorge Soler, Yasiel Puig, and Corey Dickerson. Current SPs are Jacob Degrom, Jon Lester, Jose Berrios, and I’ve been playing matchups with my 4th starter. League allows for 3 starting OF, 2 Util (which I fill as Extra OF) and 7 Ps (RP or SP) with daily lineup adjustments.
  2. Keeper Advice

    This is all good advice, I wasn't considering Myers position change. I realize I also should have included the roster layout. We use: C, 1B, 2B, 3B, SS, 3 - OF, IF, 2 - UTIL for Offense 7 Pitcher spots (if you want to use 7 SPs or 7 RPs on a given day you can) 5 Bench
  3. Keeper Advice

    I'm in a 10 team, 5x5 head to head fantasy baseball league. (R, HR, RBI, SB, AVG x K, QS, SV, ERA, WHIP). Each team can keep anywhere from 0-8 players (each selection would fill from rounds 1-8 in the draft). The better teams will usually keep 7-8 players while the worse teams will tend to keep 3-4 and hope to rebuild and find solid young talent. No one likes to talk about their keepers before the deadline making it hard to know who'd potentially be available come draft time. Out of my current roster I'd be selecting my keepers out of: Mookie Betts (definite keep) Francisco Lindor (definite keep) Jacob Degrom (definite keep) Chris Archer (definite keep) Wil Myers Alex Bregman Christian Yelich Justin Turner Whit Merrifield Aroldis Chapman I'm leaning towards keeping Yelich and Myers and floating Chapman out onto the trade market to see if there's potential to improve my situation. I'm also debating keeping Bregman or Turner, but I'm not sure that's the right move. Any advice is appreciated.
