Today’s the day we see all the series shift venues to the underdog and the Hurricanes are down 0-2, hosting their first playoff game in a decade.
This is setting up to be the pivotal game of the series since the Caps are up and likely won’t be losing a 3-0 lead if they win tonight. Not much is going to change game to game in a series, we see a bit of line changing going on. Andrei Svechnikov is now on the second forward line, which is where he should be. Love him in this spot tonight and the price on him is super affordable. What you might want to consider doing is taking a stand with the Hurricanes tonight and fading the Capitals. I know that sounds like a risky thing to do, but some of the Capitals players struggle while on the road this season. Center Evgeny Kuznetsov has only four of 21 goals on the road this season, while Nicklas Backstrom has nine of 25 goals on the road. Pretty clear splits for those guys and paying somewhat...
