Cincinnati Reds

The Reds come in with an implied run sitting at 5.36, which is third highest on the slate. They are at home which is a fantastic hitter’s park and has plenty of home run potential. They are up against James Shields , who is giving up a 40% fly ball rate to lefties and a 43% fly ball rate to righties. Those numbers haven’t come back to bite him just yet this season, but the Reds come in with plenty of power upside who can do the damage. The lefties are where you should be looking to stack since the platoon advantage will be there, but a few righties are also in play. Look for Scott Schebler .237 ISO. Eugenio Suárez .216 ISO. San Francisco Giants

The Giants are getting a massive positive park shift since they are at Coors Field tonight, so they should be plenty popular. The prices of the players have been adjusted for the park factor, so just take note of that. They are up against Kyle Freeland , who has some good overall numbers this year, but struggles while at home. It is Coors Field after all, so a pitchers stats will reflect that. Freeland is giving up 0.73 HR/9 on the road, but 1.47 HR/9 at home. Clearly much worse and this is the spot to take advantage of that. There are a number of players you can go to on the Giants roster who have some home run upside tonight. Nick Hundley .278 ISO. Andrew McCutchen .233 ISO. Buster Posey .171 ISO. Brandon Crawford .168. Alen Hanson .130 ISO. Brandon Belt .127 ISO.

Arizona Diamondbacks

The Diamondbacks are up against Carlos Martínez , who has seriously been struggling since has come back from his injury. Martinez has given up three or more earned runs in three of his last four starts, along with allowing 16 walks over that same span. He is letting runners on base and get hurt from it. The Diamondbacks don’t have the highest implied run total or the lowest, just falls right in the middle. That fact, combined with it being on the West Coast, could lead to lower ownership. This stack really isn’t that expensive on FanDuel, so you are able to add them to another full team stack, or go for one of the top pitchers. David Peralta .226 ISO. Paul Goldschmidt .209 ISO.
