Chicago Cubs

The Cubs are up against Chris Stratton , who comes into this game giving up a .357 wOBA to lefties and a .319 wOBA to righties. The Cubs come in with an implied run total sitting at 5.6, which is high, and thus an offense we want to target for some scoring. Stratton is also giving up 1.23 HR/9 to left-handed hitters this season, which should put the power bats in play for the Cubs. Anthony Rizzo has a seven game hitting streak in the works right now, with three doubles, but no home runs. This could be his spot to finally put one over of the wall. Kyle Schwarber also has some big time power vs righties, a .275 ISO, so look for him to be popular tonight. Stratton is also giving up a 50 % hard contact rate to righties, so if you have the salary, try and roster Kris Bryant and Javier Báez . The full stack of all the Cubs players are expensive, but they have multi home run upside tonight.

Minnesota Twins

The Twins are a bit of an off the board team tonight, but they are certainly capable of putting up runs. It should be noted that they got Miguel Sano back from the DL last night, which is a massive boost for their lineup.     They are facing off against Wade LeBlanc , who may have some decent numbers this season, but over the course of his career, he gives up .372 wOBA to lefties and a .319 to righties. LeBlanc also gives up over 1.23 HR/9 to both lefties and righties over the course of his career. The best part about stacking Minnesota is how cheap they are. There is no player higher than $3.9K on either FanDuel or DraftKings. This really opens up some salary for you, and should be able to add another full team stack and go after one of the top pitchers. Look to roster Brian Dozier , Eddie Rosario , Max Kepler or Eduardo Escobar .

Colorado Rockies

It’d be silly not to mention the Rockies tonight, as they come in with an implied run total sitting at 5.91, which is highest on the slate. They are going up against the Reds and pitcher Tyler Mahle , who is young and very unproven. Mahle is also struggling a good amount this year, especially vs lefties. He is giving up a .408 wOBA to lefties and a massive 3.16 HR/9 to left-handed hitters. Wow. Those are some really rough numbers, so you should 100% be looking to roster Charlie Blackmon , since, as we all know, he crushes right-handed pitchers. But, Mahle is still struggling vs right-handed hitters, as he is giving up 1.29 HR/9 to them. With numbers like that, you can really load up whoever you want on the Rockies, and what it really comes down to his the salary you have available. Nolan Arenado , Trevor Story , Gerardo Parra , and Ian Desmond are all firmly in play tonight.
