Miami Dolphins at Buffalo Bills--8:20 PM (THURS)Start--Brian Hartline, WR (MIA) Reason--Although Brian Hartline has failed to find the end zone over his last five games he has still been very active in the Dolphins offense recording eight receptions in each of his last two games. This week the Dolphins are matched up with the Bills, who give up the ninth-most fantasy points-per-game to opposing wide receivers, making Hartline a solid play on Thursday.Arizona Cardinals at Atlanta Falcons--1:00 PMSit--Michael Turner, RB (ATL) Reason--If you read my Pickups of the Week article this week you know how I feel about Michael Turner. He is starting to show signs of slowing down and if the Falcons want him for the stretch run, they need to start limiting his carries and this week is a good time to start considering the Cardinals have allowed just four rushing touchdowns this season.Philadelphia Eagles at Washington Redskins--1:00 PMStart--Brent Celek, TE (PHI) Reason--As of Wednesday it appears the Eagles will be without Michael Vick this weekend, which should mean more targets for Brent Celek in the Eagles passing game with rookie Nick Foles under center. The Redskins are ranked second in fantasy points-per-game allowed to opposing tight ends, so this should be a good spot to start this struggling tight end.Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Carolina Panthers--1:00 PMSit--Josh Freeman, QB (TB) Reason--With the emergence of Doug Martin over the last three weeks alot of pressure has been taken off the shoulders of Josh Freeman and the Buccaneers passing game and this week should be much of the same. The Panthers were able to contain the Buccaneers passing game in Week 1, so expect a lot of their production to come from the ground game which will limit Freeman's production this week.Cleveland Browns at Dallas Cowboys--1:00 PMStart--Dez Bryant, WR (DAL) Reason--In 2012, Dez Bryant hasn't lived up to his potential with inconsistent play making him a tough guy to start on a regular basis, but this week is a different story. The Browns have given up at least one touchdown to oppsoing wide receivers in seven of their first nine games including four games of multiple touchdowns, so it is safe to say you can rely on Bryant this week.Green Bay Packers at Detroit Lions--1:00 PMStart--Joique Bell, RB (DET) Reason--Although Joique Bell isn't the Lions starting running back, he has produced enough in the passing game to make him work starting this week. The Packers have allowed 34 receptions to oppsoing running backs this season and considering this game will be a shoot0ut, he should get plenty of targets out fo the backfield making him a solid play if needed.Jacksonville Jaguars at Houston Texans--1:00 PMSit--Cecil Shorts, WR (JAC) Reason--Cecil Shorts has become Blaine Gabbert's favorite target in the Jaguars passing game, but this week they face off against the Texans, who have allowed just one touchdown to opposing wider receivers in there previous three games. In addition, Johnathan Joseph will likely get the assignment to contain Shorts, so this really isn't looking like a good spot to start the Jaguars top receiver.New York Jets at St. Louis Rams--1:00 PMStart--Steven Jackson, RB (STL) Reason--After a sluggish start to the season Steven jackson finally reached the 100-yard mark last week against a great 49ers defense, and gets a much easier matchup this week when the Rams take on the Jets. Through their first nine games, the Jets have allowed over 100 yards to oppsoing running backs seven times including allwoed at least one rushing touchdown in seveon of those nine games, so all signs point to a big day for Jackson.Cincinnati Bengals at Kansas City Chiefs--1:00 PMStart--Cincinnati Bengals Defense/Special Teams Reason--After a solid performance last Sunday against the Giants, the Bengals defense appears to be back on the fantasy radar. This week they face off against the Chiefs, who are the worst team against oppsoing defenses, giving up the most fantasy points-per-game their opponents, so expect a big game from the Bengals defense on Sunday.New Orleans Saints at Oakland Raiders--4:05 PMStart--Carson Palmer, QB (OAK) Reason--Over the Raiders last three games Palmer has thrown for eight touchdowns to just four interceptions, as the Raiders offense continues to evolve into a pass-first attack. This week the Saints are coming to town and that should mean much of the same from Palmer, with the Saints ranked deadlast in fantasy points-per-game to opposing quarterbacks and having allowed three pasing touchdowns in three of their last four games.San Diego Chargers at Denver Broncos--4:25 PMSit--Denver Broncos Defense/Special Teams Reason--The Broncos defense has been a staple in fantasy lineups for the majority of the season, but this week with the Chargers coming to town, it is a different story. The Chargers will come into this game hungary, after an embarassing loss the last time these two teams squared off, and I expect the Chargers to come out firing taking advantage of the Broncos suspect secondary, so consider other options.Indianapolis Colts at New England Patriots--4:25 PMStart--Andrew Luck, QB (IND) Reason--The Patriots have had their troubles this year defending the pass, and this week Andrwe Luck and the Colts are coming to town and they are a pass first team. The Patriots have allowed multiple touchdowns to opposing quarterbacks in five of their first nine games, and although Luck hasn't passed for much touchdowns lately,  I feel Luck should be able to exploit their weaknesses making him a solid start this week.Baltimore Ravens at Pittsburgh Steelers--8:20 PMSit--Pittsbugh Steelers Running Backs Reason--With Ben Roethlisberger ruled out for this week's game, I expect the Ravens defense to stack up the line of scrimmage forcing the Steelers to pass the ball. Byron Leftwich showed Monday night that his skills have deminished at a significant rate and I'm sure the Ravens noticed this as well, so dont expect much from the Steelers offense in this divisional showdown despite the fact that Rashard Mendenhall will likely play.Chicago Bears at San Francisco 49ers--8:30 PM (MON)Sit--Michael Crabtree, WR (SF) Reason--Outside of the fact that Alex Smith may be out this week, Michael Crabtree will be matche dup with arguably the best shutdown corner in the NFC on Monday night in Charles Tillman. The Bears have allowed little-to-no production to oppsoing wide receivers this season including just two touchdowns to the group in their last five games, so look for better options this week.Week 11 Bye Weeks: Giants, Seahawks, Titans, VikingsOther Week 11 Fantasy AdviceWeek 11 Pickups of the WeekTo make setting your Fantasy Football lineup easy, be sure to utilize RotoInfo.com’s new NFL Lineup Grids.Matthew Beck is a Fantasy Sports Columnist for Rotoinfo.com.
