It is a light night in baseball tonight with only 6 night games. It can make DFS a bit of crapshoot when the schedule is this light but we will see if we can't continue the hot streak. Jeff will be in hanging with Eminem as he headed to Detriot today hoping his plane does not say Malaysian Airlines on it. The poor bastard will be covering the Detriot Tigers fantasy football draft for SiriusXM and I am sure he will looking around trying to bang Kate Upton. Meanwhile, the countdown is 2 days till we take our shot at the million in Las Vegas.
The pitching is not great once again tonight. Stephen Strasburg is on the road again which has been a big problem for him this year and I can't justify putting him in the Top 3 tonight despite the strikeout potential. I am picking on the Padres and Rangers tonight as both teams can't hit. John Lackey gets the nod over Odorizzi since he is pitching in more friendly ballpark. Jorge De La Rosa is also an option as he should be able to get a win vs. Alfredo Simon who has started to fall apart for the Reds as expected.
The hitters will be led by Giancarlo Stanton and plenty of Rockies bats. I know I normally fade Coors field but Simon sucks and the pricing seems to be more reasonable today. Right handed Marlins bats should also do well against Chase Anderson who has shown problems with the same handed hitters.
