To say that the DFS Playbook has been "good" lately is like calling Kate Upton "a pretty girl." No sir, both of these entities (see what I did there?) are on FIRE!! Yesterday the DFS Playbook hitters as a whole went 37-85 (.435), with 7 HR, 22 RBI, 19 runs, 3 steals, 8 walks, 5 douibles and 1 triple. Add in 19.2 innings, 11 hits, 4 ER & 22 K's from Felix Hernandez, Drew Smyly and Jesse Hahn and there is little doubt that you won some major cash last night in DFS.

The big name pitchers is where I am starting tonight with Chris Sale and the affordable Adam Wainwright.  Wainwright has seen his K's fall off but he is no longer priced at a high number on Draftkings either.  Jon Lester did not make the cut against a scrappy Royals team that has been red hot lately.  I don't mind Doug Fister tonight but the weather could be a concern in New York.

There are plenty of value hitters if you need them but I don't think you will need to go crazy with them.  The top value play along with being one of the top overall plays will be Juan Francisco who hits the high pitches well and gets to face Chris Young who lives up there.   The Rays should light up the scoreboard tonight with the help of facing a bad pitcher and a very hitter friendly umpire who has seen 80% of games go over the number this year.  The current line is 9 and while not big on these over/under lines this game should see some fireworks.  I love Matt Joyce and Ben Zobrist in particular.  Another note on notable umpire stats,  81% of the games with Kerwin Danley behind the plate (doing the LAD/ATL tonight) have gone under (currently at 8).  These are just some of the added things we like to look at it.  I don't typically get too concerned on umpire stats unless I see things really stand out like these or for tiebreaking purposes.
