We’re almost at the end of the bye weeks, which means some low-ceiling WR3s are nearing the end of their usefulness. It’s nice to have high-target possession receivers when you’re dealing with injuries and bye weeks, but pretty soon, the smart move will be to target handcuffs at other positions as well as high-upside receivers who we could be excited to start with a little extra work.
DeVante Parker didn’t exactly light the world on fire in Week 10, but he did catch five of 10 targets for 69 yards. It was his fourth straight game with at least four receptions and 55 yards, and his sixth straight with at least 11.8 fantasy points. Is it possible Parker is actually safe for fantasy with Preston Williams out?
