For the second consecutive day, we get a three-game WNBA schedule. Even though the teams are (mostly) different, the slates themselves are pretty similar for fantasy. Like Saturday, Sunday features a lot of solid cheap to mid-priced guards who should be relatively safe for cash games. While there are some more expensive guards I like, I will mostly save my money on guards to spend on forwards.
Player | FanDuel Price | DraftKings Price | Comments |
Brittney Griner, F, PHO | $ 8,700 | $ 13,300 | The Dream play at the second-fastest pace in the WNBA and they have allowed the most rebounds. Griner has scored at least 20 points in each of her last three games. |
Breanna Stewart, F, SEA | $ 8,500 | $ 12,900 | Stewart is averaging 22.0 points, 7.5 rebounds, 2.0 assists, 2.0 block and 1.3 steals over her last four games. He scored 40.3 fantasy points on DraftKings in her last game against Washington. |
Liz Cambage, F, DAL | $ 8,200 | $ 11,600 | No team has allowed as many free throw attempts over the last 10 games as the Liberty. Only A'ja Wilson has more free throw attempts per game this season than Liz Cambage. |
DeWanna Bonner, G, PHO | $ 6,900 | $ 10,400 | Bonner started at power forward Thursday and had her second double-double of the season. No team has allowed more rebounds than the Dream this season, and Bonner should be in a good position to take advantage. |
Tiffany Hayes, G, ATL | $ 6,700 | $ 9,900 | Hayes is a strong GPP play, especially on FanDuel. After working her way back slowly from a quad injury, Hayes had 23 points on 7-14 shooting in 33 minutes Friday against Seattle. |
Natasha Howard, F, SEA | $ 7,000 | $ 9,200 | It's pretty remarkable how productive Natasha Howard has been of late despite seeing fewer minutes. She is averaging 12.5 points, 8.0 rebounds and 2.0 blocks in 24.5 minutes over her last four games. |
Kayla Thornton, F, DAL | $ 5,300 | $ 6,800 | Thornton scored just one field goal in three of her last four games, so no sane person would call her a cash play. That being said, she is reasonably priced and her playing time is assured so long as the game is close. It doesn't hurt that Thornton had 12 points, four rebounds, two assists, one block and four steals against the Liberty earlier this season. |
Ariel Atkins, G, WAS | $ 4,700 | $ 6,300 | Atkins is a solid cash play, having played at least 22 minutes and averaging 23.4 fantasy points on DraftKings over her last three games. |
Allisha Gray, G, DAL | $ 4,200 | $ 6,000 | Unlike Kayla Thornton, Allisha Gray has been consistent this season. If the Liberty can keep this game close, Gray is a pretty safe bet for 20+ fantasy points. |
Alysha Clark | $ 5,000 | $ 5,400 | Clark is a poor man's Kayla Thornton. Her minutes have been pretty consistent, even if the fantasy production hasn't been, and I love her price on DraftKings. Like Thornton, Clark should have a favorable matchup, hosting a Mystics team that played the night before. |
Epiphanny Prince, G, NY | $ 3,700 | $ 5,400 | Kristi Toliver is coming off a 20-point game Saturday, so Epiphanny Prince is our go-to GPP play. She is shooting 20.1 percent over her last three games, but she averaged 25 minutes over those games. She should get her shots up; we just have to hope they fall. |
Yvonne Turner, G, PHO | $ 3,100 | $ 4,800 | Turner may lose a few minutes if Camille Little returns, but I'm not particularly worried. Turner has played at least 24 minutes in each of her last three games, averaging 9.3 points, 7.3 rebounds, 6.0 assists and 1.3 steals. |
Angel Robinson, F, PHO | $ 3,000 | $ 4,100 | Unlike Yvonne Turner, Angel Robinson is only playable if Camille Little is out. Robinson played a season-high 22 minutes Thursday, with four points, eight rebounds and a block. |
Camille Little, F, PHO | $ 3,300 | $ 3,500 | Little should see her minutes increase with Sancho Lyttle out, though she may have to come off the bench with as well as Yvonne Turner has played this season. Little is dealing with an ankle injury, so make sure she is playing before you put her in your lineups. |
