Once again, we’re focusing on tonight’s main slate, which features nine games with a roster lock of 7:05 PM ET.

Last night could have been huge, but what can you do sometimes? Donuts from Chase Utley and Franklin Gutierrez are painful when you can milk over 5x value from a pitcher named Anibal.

Then again, how ridiculous is it to have to go through all these issues with the rain? Of course there were no postponements last night. Of course. rain remains an issue in Atlanta, Cincinnati, and potentially Cleveland tonight.

Wilson Ramos didn’t get to face Rob Whalen the last time around, but I would be surprised if he sat against him tonight. Ramos’s approach at the plate fits with Whalen’s repertoire. While he’s expensive on DraftKings, I think his price is reasonable tonight on FanDuel.

Buster Posey has a tough matchup against Jacob deGrom, but considering his price is deflated on both DraftKings and FanDuel, you must have him some thought. He is 5-for-9 (.556 AVG) with a double and three runs/RBIs over his last two starts.

J.T. Realmuto continues to get on base at a high rate against right-handed pitching. Realmuto is 100-for-301 (.332 AVG) with four homers, 18 doubles, and a .372 OBP against righties this season.

Mike Zunino, on paper, doesn’t exactly look like an obvious play against Matt Shoemaker of the Angels, considering he is 1-for-14 throughout his career against the Angels righty. Nonetheless, I believe strongly in PITCHf/x, and Zunino generally hits everything in Shoemaker’s repertoire well, and it certainly helps that he’s a great price on both DraftKings and FantasyAces.

Mike Napoli has been a better player at home this season, but even better against lefties at home, considering he is batting .345/.471/.636 with that split this season. If you have some extra cash available, you should probably also consider Paul Goldschmidt (who should be a popular play) in this spot.

Freddie Freeman just won’t stop producing. He now has a 7-game hitting streak where he has accumulated five homers, two doubles, 10 walks, eight runs, and 10 RBIs.

Adrian Gonzalez is so hot right now, it’s disgusting. He now has a 10-game hitting streak where he has gone 18-for-40 (.450 AVG) with three homers, five doubles, and 11 RBIs, which includes his two-homer night yesterday.

Jose Abreu has had a good amount of success against Danny Salazar, going 6-for-16 (.375 AVG) with three home runs, lifetime, against the Indians right-hander.

Jose Altuve is 26-for-63 (.413 AVG) with a homer, triple, seven doubles, and 13 RBIs throughout the month of August. He also matches up well against Kevin Gausman of the O’s.

Brian Dozier probably wants every month of his career to be like his current August. Dozier is 22-for-71 (.310 AVG) with seven homers, two triples, six doubles, five walks, 14 runs, and 19 RBIs. Considering he is 4-for-11 (.364 AVG) with two homers against Dillon Gee of the Royals, expect those numbers to only get better.

Jean Segura is 18-for-49 (.367 AVG) with a homer, triple, seven doubles, two walks, six runs, and six stolen bases over his last 11 games.

Chase Utley’s “coming home” narrative is a little bit tougher to plug in after an 0-for-5 outing last night, but it definitely helps that he’s still very affordable throughout the industry. With Jerad Eickhoff on the mound, there’s no excuses.

Kyle Seager is batting .316/.375/.474 with two homers and 12 RBIs over his last 15 games.

Justin Turner will be the Dodger that’s not named “Chase Utley” that I’m going to want in my lineups tonight. From a PITCHf/x perspective, it really can’t get any better Eickhoff for the Red Baron.

Jose Ramirez continues to get the job done, and as for tonight, he’ll get a good matchup against a lefty, Carlos Rodon. Ramirez has batted .321/.377/.473 this season against southpaws, and yet again, is cheap on FanDuel.

Yangervis Solarte has been the only Padre who has been able to do anything as of late. He has homered in the past against Archie Bradley, and overall, has homered twice in his last five games.

Carlos Correa snapped an 11-game hitting streak with his 0-for-4 performance last night, but he’ll look to start a new streak against Kevin Gausman, who he matches up well against. The only problem is that he’s very expensive. Still, that price tag may scare others away.

Trea Turner nearly hit for the cycle against Rob Whalen the last time out. He went 3-for-3 with a homer, triple, and a single against the young Braves right-hander.

Francisco Lindor has reached base safely two or more times in five of his last seven games, and has doubled in three consecutive games.

Alcides Escobar seems to be more comfortable batting lower in the batting order. If we throw out his 0-for-4 performance last night after the Royals were dominated by Anibal Sanchez, Escobar had gone 10-for-20 (.500 AVG) over his five previous games.

George Springer has see 15 pitches over three career at-bats against Kevin Gausman. He has hits in two of those at-bats and both of those hits went over the fences.

Jayson Werth now has a 45-game on-base streak, and it really doesn’t look like he’s stopping anytime soon. He gets a good matchup against Rob Whalen, and is still relatively underpriced considering his dominance.

Christian Yelich has only faced Dan Straily three times throughout his career, and has a homer, double, and a walk to show for it.

Rajai Davis is getting all of the playing time against lefties, and he’ll most definitely be in the lineup tonight against Carlos Rodon, who he has gone 4-for-6 (.667 AVG) with two stolen bases against in their previous meetings.

Yasmany Tomas heat check? After going DOUBLE DONG last night, he now has four homers over his last three games. He does not face a southpaw tonight, but he does matchup well against Paul Clemens, who has a rough 5.59 xFIP this season.

Lorenzo Cain is starting to look like the 2015 version of Lorenzo Cain. He has hits in each of his last four games, where he has combined to go 8-for-15 (.533 AVG) with two doubles, two walks, three runs, and five RBIs.

Kole Calhoun has had the most success of all the Halos against Hisashi Iwakuma this season, going 3-for-6 (.500 AVG) with a homer.

Hyun-Soo Kim will be facing another right-hander in Joe Musgrave. Just your weekly reminder that Kim is batting .344/.416/.467 against right-handed pitching this season. Even though I didn’t list him, you can consider pairing him up with Adam Jones as well.

Leonys Martin is quite the bargain on DraftKings at just $3000 tonight. He actually has a good history against Matt Shoemaker, going 7-for-17 (.412 AVG) with a homer, two doubles, and three RBIs.

Robbie Grossman is 3-for-5 (.600 AVG) with a homer in limited action against Dillon Gee of the Twins.

Aaron Altherr has cooled off a bit, but he is at a pretty good price point tonight on FanDuel given his solid matchup against Ross Stripling. I would avoid using him in cash games on DraftKings though.

Hunter Pence is under $3000 on both DraftKings and FanDuel tonight thanks to his matchup against Jacob deGrom of the Mets. deGrom or not, Pence is finally looking comfortable at the plate, and should be able to hit value.
