D. Green - PF
Draymond Green dished out eight dimes in Wednesday's 123-11 win over the Timberwolves.
Green added six points (3-of-6 FG), six rebounds, two steals and four turnovers in his 30 minutes of floor time, but he yet again failed to swat a single shot, and he's only averaging 0.2 blocks on the year, which accounted for a career-low. Steve Kerr recently said that Green still is working his way into playing shape, so maybe he'll take off in a handful of weeks, but he hasn't shown many flashes of his former self this year at all.

K. Oubre - SF
Kelly Oubre scored 20 points on 7-of-9 shooting (4-of-4 FT) Wednesday, to go with nine rebounds, three assists, two 3-pointers, two steals, one block and four turnovers in just 24 minutes in a win over the Timberwolves.
Oubre didn't get off to a great start in this one, collecting two fouls and two turnovers in his first minute of play, but he came back in and proceeded to drop in 16 points without missing through the second quarter of action — which accounted for the most points he's scored in any quarter throughout his career thus far. Oubre's name recently came up in some trade rumors, but Steve Kerr tamped that down after the game, saying, "It was unfortunate. A team called us and asked about Kelly. Didn't even make an offer. Just asked about Kelly." Oubre respected the fact that Kerr reached out to him, and this is the exact performance you'd want to see from him, as he played a key role in the win. It doesn't sound like anything is brewing on the trade front, for now, and if Oubre keeps playing like this it'll be tough for the Dubs to deal him.

J. Wiseman - C
James Wiseman scored a career-high 25 points on 9-of-14 shooting (4-of-6 FT) Wednesday, to go with six rebounds, three triples, two swats and four turnovers in 24 minutes.
Wiseman hadn't connected on a 3-ball since Jan. 8, but he drilled them on back-to-back possessions tonight and finished 3-of-3 from distance. Steve Kerr heaped praise on the rookie after the game, saying: "James was fantastic tonight. Obviously some highlight-reel dunks in transition and catching lobs. But what we were all most pleased about was his verticality at the rim ... he did that four times where he was not called for a foul. Really encouraging." Wiseman added that coming off the bench gives him motivation, and this is exactly what the Warriors wanted to see from him after he was limited to 16 minutes on Monday.

S. Curry - PG
Stephen Curry scored 16 points on 6-of-17 shooting Wednesday, to go with six rebounds, eight assists, four 3-pointers and three turnovers across 33 minutes in a win over the Timberwolves.
Curry was nearly scoreless through the first half of action, bricking his first seven shots and not getting his first bucket until the closing second of the second quarter, but he was much better after halftime. Despite his shooting struggles through the first half, he was still confident enough to jack up a no-look 3 (which he drained) during the second half, although some steals would have been nice. We'd expect a more productive outing on Thursday in Phoenix.
Added 1:43 am (EST)
J. Vanderbilt - PF
Jarred Vanderbilt contributed four points, seven rebounds, four assists, two steals and one block across 25 minutes in Wednesday's loss to the Warriors.
Vanderbilt's streak of double-digit scoring games came to an end today but wasn't due to inefficiency, it's just that he only attempted three shots in this one. Still, he came through with the peripheral stats, and despite tonight's relative dud, he's still been flirting with top 50 value over the past six games behind averages of 9.0 points, 6.3 rebounds, 2.3 assists, 2.0 steals, 1.2 swats and just 1.0 turnover per game on 58.5% shooting. With how well he's been playing it would be weird if he didn't continue to start when Karl-Anthony Towns (COVID-19) comes back, so we think he should be rostered in far more than 21% of Yahoo! Leagues.
Added 1:36 am (EST)
N. Reid - C
Naz Reid registered 19 points, seven rebounds, one assist, one 3-pointer, three steals, five swats and three turnovers across 27 minutes in Wednesday's loss to the Warriors.
Reid finished 6-of-10 from the floor and 6-of-9 from the line, and the five swats accounted for a new career-high. He did appear to hurt his wrist attempting to block a Kelly Oubre dunk late in the game, and while he played through it, it's possible it'll get worse for him on the flight back to Minnesota for Friday's matchup with the 76ers. Fantasy managers will want to check in on his status ahead of Friday's game, but if he is forced to the sidelines, that could create a ton of minutes for Ed Davis if Karl-Anthony Towns still isn't ready. Stay tuned.
Added 1:29 am (EST)
A. Edwards - SG
Anthony Edwards dropped in a career-high 25 points on 9-of-19 shooting Wednesday, to go with five triples, four boards, two assists, three steals and three turnovers in 32 minutes off the bench.
Edwards became just the fifth rookie in Timberwolves franchise history to record at least 25 points and five triples in a game, and while he was lights out from distance (5-of-8), he still struggled from inside the arc (4-of-11). This was his eighth straight game shooting under 50% from two-point territory, and that sort of inefficiency really hurts his upside. He has been better over the past three games, but on the year as a whole, he still ranks well outside the top-200 thanks to his poor shooting (35.5 FG) and lack of peripheral stats (1.6 assists and 0.8 steals per game).
Added 1:19 am (EST)
R. Rubio - PG
Ricky Rubio didn't do much through 22 minutes as a starter on Wednesday, contributing just five points, five assists, one rebounds and three turnovers in a loss to the Warriors.
Rubio finished 2-of-7 from the field and 1-of-2 from the stripe, and he failed to bring any defensive statistics to the box score. He's having a miserable year in Minnesota, and even with D'Angelo Russell (quad) out of the lineup, he hasn't been able to do much. Rubio acknowledged how much he's been struggling after the game, saying, "my game is not here and I gotta find it." He's gotten off to slow starts before, but this is the worst start from the 30-year-old PG in recent memory, and we're not entirely confident he'll be able to turn it around as long as he's with the Wolves.
