Dwight Howard started Game 4 on Thursday, racking up 12 points on 5-of-6 FGs and 2-of-3 FTs, 11 boards, one assist and one steal in 23 minutes.
Howard made an impact from the start of this series and he'd always been considered as a replacement for starting center JaVale McGee. Neither of L.A.'s centers had a big role vs. the small-ball Rockets in the Conference Semifinals, but it's a different story vs. Nikola Jokic and the Nuggets. Dwight had eight points on 4-of-4 shooting with eight boards in the first quarter of Game 4, so it stands to reason that he'll also start Game 5 on Saturday.

J. McGee - C
JaVale McGee had just one rebound off the Lakers' bench during Thursday's Game 4 win.
He played five minutes while serving as Dwight Howard's backup, after a lineup shift. Anthony Davis also gets plenty of run as the Lakers' center, and McGee is low-usage anyway at 13.4% usage in the Orlando bubble, so there's no clear fantasy upside whether or not he's starting. L.A. won this game without McGee playing much, which doesn't bode well for his DFS value.

D. Waiters - SG
Dion Waiters (left groin) didn't play in Game 4 on Thursday.
Waiters was listed as 'doubtful' and his absence was no surprise. He hadn't played since Sept. 9, when he logged three minutes of garbage time vs. the Rockets. There's no reason to think he'll make an impact for L.A. in the postseason.

A. Davis - PF
Anthony Davis opened Thursday's game 7-of-7 from the field, finishing with a game-high 34 points (13-of-14 FTs) in a 114-108 win that gave L.A. a 3-1 series lead.
The Nuggets have rallied from a 3-1 deficit twice this postseason, but they haven't done it vs. the Lakers. Davis didn't stay perfect from the field with a 10-of-15 mark, but he thrashed the Nuggets' defense early and helped L.A. take a huge series lead. Neither Jerami Grant nor Paul Millsap look capable of stopping AD individually, which leaves Davis as a goldmine for both the Lakers and DFS managers.
Added Yesterday 11:50 pm (EST)
P. Millsap - PF
Paul Millsap got into early foul trouble during the Nuggets' Game 4 loss, finishing with five points, six boards, three assists, three turnovers and five fouls in 17 minutes.
Millsap has been tasked with slowing down Anthony Davis in this series. He fared well in Game 3 but AD made a point of going right at him on Thursday, and Millsap didn't stand a chance. He's headed into unrestricted free agency, at age 35, and his performance this postseason suggests he won't be paid much more than the going rate for a locker-room mentor.
Added Yesterday 11:48 pm (EST)
J. Murray - PG
Jamal Murray finished the Nuggets' Game 4 defeat with a team-high 32 points, going 12-of-20 from the field with eight assists, three rebounds and one block.
Murray shot 6-of-7 for 12 points in the first quarter alone. He had an elite finish on a layup vs. LeBron James in the second quarter, and put in an array of ridiculous finishes in the second half. Fantasy managers need to take note, because Murray has established himself as a next-level point guard during the season re-start in Orlando. His play in the clutch, in particular, has been incredible. He was a top-50 player in 9-cat leagues this season, but you won't get him after the third round in 2020-21.
Added Yesterday 8:31 pm (EST)
Dwight Howard will replace JaVale McGee in the starting lineup for Game 4 on Thursday.
Howard has irritated Nikola Jokic during the Conference Finals, so this move is likely for defensive purposes. If he can stay out of foul trouble, he could pay off as an affordable DFS play.

L. Kennard - SG
Luke Kennard has been running a lot of point guard at the Pistons minicamp.
"Coach told me I'd run point, put the ball in my hands a lot," said Kennard. "That's what we've done. I've brought the ball up the court a lot." Kennard hasn't spent any time at the point guard position to this point in his career, but he did average a career-high 4.1 dimes per game this past season, and currently, the only PG on the books for the 2020-21 season in Detroit is Derrick Rose. The Pistons roster may look a lot different after free agency, but it looks like Dwane Casey plans to let Kennard spend more time running the offense next year. Kennard also said he feels the strongest he has in his career, and the knee issues are completely behind him.
