D. Hernandez - C
The Raptors have waived Dewan Hernandez.
This decision comes as no surprise, as Hernandez played sparingly last season and the Raptors were facing a salary guarantee deadline. Had he been on the roster come November 29, Hernandez's contract for the 2020-21 season would have been fully guaranteed. Hernandez played in six games for the Raptors last season, averaging 2.3 points, 2.3 rebounds, 0.5 assists and 0.2 steals per appearance.

K. Martin - SF
Kelan Martin and the Pacers have come to terms on a two-year contract according to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.
Martin appeared in 31 games for the Timberwolves during his rookie season, posting averages of 6.4 points, 3.1 rebounds, 0.7 assists, 0.2 steals, 0.3 blocks and 0.8 3-pointers in 16.0 minutes per. He shot 39.2 percent from the field, 26.0 percent from three and 96.8 percent from the foul line. Martin is unlikely to have enough of an impact to make him a player worth selecting in any fantasy league, regardless of format.

M. Belinelli - SG
Marco Belinelli has signed a three-year deal with Virtus Bologna, the club announced Thursday.
Belinelli appeared in 57 games for the Spurs last season, averaging 6.3 points, 1.7 rebounds, 1.2 assists and 1.2 3-pointers in 15.5 minutes per game. With San Antonio getting considerably younger on the perimeter, it was quite clear that Belinelli would not be back with the team. He'll be back at the place where his professional career began, as Virtus Bologna signed Belinelli in 2002 when he was just 16 years old.

L. Deng - SF
The NBA has denied the Lakers' request to exclude the salary of retired forward Luol Deng from salary cap, luxury tax and hard-cap calculations according to Shams Charania of The Athletic.
The Lakers attempted to prove that an injury that Deng suffered while with the team prevents him from playing competitive basketball, but the strategy failed. A big issue was the fact that Deng played in 22 games for the Timberwolves during the 2018-19 season, after his time with the Lakers had concluded. Deng is owed his salary for the next two seasons, which will be a $5 million cap hit for the Lakers.

N. Vonleh - PF
The Bulls and Noah Vonleh have agreed to a one-year deal according to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.
Vonleh, who appeared in 21 games for the Bulls during the 2017-18 season, will get a second stint in the Windy City. In 36 games for the Timberwolves and Nuggets last season he averaged 3.7 points, 3.4 rebounds, 0.8 assists, 0.3 steals and 0.2 blocks in 10.5 minutes per game. He'll be a deep rotation guy for the Bulls, and there's no need to select him in any fantasy league regardless of format.

C. Wood - PF
Rockets coach Stephen Silas will keep the team's "five-out offense," according to newly-signed center Christian Wood.
"With me, with my ability being able to shoot the ball, I think it's perfect," he said. "It's a great fit, with James [Harden] hopefully in the pick-and-roll, we can do great things." Wood shot over 40% from deep as a starter last season, and he's in position to thrive as Houston's starting center. Dual trade requests from Harden and Russell Westbrook still hang over the team, but Wood should be a fantasy darling no matter what Houston's roster looks like at the end of the season.

G. Robinson - SF
Free agent Glenn Robinson III has drawn interest from the Lakers, Clippers, Rockets, Nets, and Jazz, according to Michael Scotto of HoopsHype.
Most of the major dominoes have fallen in free agency, so it's time for guys like GR3 to get their due. The 26-year-old swingman only appeared in 14 games for Philly last year, and a return with the Sixers probably isn't in the cards. "This [Sixers] team is full of wings, full of guys who can play," he said in February after being traded to Philly. "So really, I don’t really understand it." Robinson was cruising with low-end fantasy appeal in Golden State before the trade, so he's worth a look if he carves out 25+ minutes.

H. Whiteside - C
Hassan Whiteside has reportedly agreed to a one-year deal with the Kings.
Sacramento essentially devolved into the only place that made sense for Whiteside, as he wanted to play for a team that would give him a prominent starting role, but his addition to the Kings’ roster absolutely destroys Richaun Holmes’ fantasy outlook. Whiteside was a first-round product last year while earning 30 minutes a night in Portland, but he might be more in the mid-to-high-20s range in Sacramento with more competition for minutes at the five-spot, so it could be tough for him to meet first-round expectations. However, as he’s shown in the past, he only needs minutes in the mid-20s to produce top-40 value, so he's back in the conversation as an early-round option.
