SPDan StrailyLOTC. Kelly (R)$10,10020.55
High priced with good reason, Straily's only own two games this year but ranks second in the KBO in strikeouts (78) and third in ERA (2.29). He's surging this month with an enticing 13:1 K:BB in 11.2 innings and held LG to one earned run in 7.1 innings his only match-up with them earlier this season. And you guessed it, a no-decision.
SPOdrisamer DespaigneKTWW. Saupold (R)$8,10013.99
Always volatile Despaigne enters this contest with a matching ERA and FIP of 4.29. Through two starts this month, Despaigne's 1-0 with a 13:2 K:BB in 13.2 innings. He disappointed against Hanwha his last time against them but looks to bounce back at home as a heavy favorite with KT winners of eight of their last 10 contests.
SPDavid BuchananSAMM. Kim (R)$7,90015.46
Samsung's Buchanan owns a 7-3 record with a 3.82 ERA this year. So far in July, he's 2-0 with a 1.20 ERA over 15 innings of work. His team opened as favorites at home against Kia but Buchanan struggles with home runs in his home park (eight allowed already) and Kia's hit at least three in each of their last three contests. It targeting him, hoping for a repeat of one earned run in five innings with seven punchouts earlier this year against the Tigers but Tucker and others could hit solo shots even in a loss.
SPYoung Ha LeeDOOG. Lee (R)$6,4007.36
If taking a lower priced SP2 to pair with Straily or Despaigne, Lee could be an intriguing pivot. He's 2-0 so far in July with a palatable 3.75 ERA over 12 innings but with a tenuous 5:5 K:BB. If going with Lee, owners hope for a win by heavily favored Doosan at home with him lasting 5+ innings with a few strikeouts. Not much of a ceiling here but he allows for a team to pay up for bats in the NCD/Kiwoom game.

Hitters

CJi Young LeeKIWJ. Lee (R)$2,5005.11
Garnering more playing time of late either as the catcher or the DH, Lee owns a .310 batting average getting on-base over 37 percent of his plate appearances. If he's hitting fifth in the slate's highest run total, Lee makes for an intriguing pivot play to save money to pay up in the outfield. By the way, in July Lee's hittting .333 with a double and three RBI in 11 games spanning 33 at-bats.
CSung Woo JangKTWW. Saupold (R)$3,2005.91
Jang's been hot in July hitting .357 with a home run and seven RBI in 10 games. He also bats .294 against RHP with all five of his home runs facing Saupold who yields a .351 BAA to RHH.
1BByungHo ParkKIWJ. Lee (R)$4,5008.95
Lee enters this match-up with a 5.86 ERA in July giving up three home runs in 11.1 innings. Park's been on a power binge hitting five in only 11 games this month over 37 at-bats leading to an eye popping .757 slugging percentage so far this month. Yum.
1B/2BJose FernandezDOOG. Lee (R)$6,40010.79
Made his only hit on Saturday count in the form of his 11th home run of the year. Fernandez has launched three home runs his last five games and carries an alluring 1.071 OPS into this match-up plus bats .391 versus left-handed pitching. A hot hitter with power upside in a game with a run total of 10 keeps him on the radar but the price?
1B/2BKeon Chang SeoKIWJ. Lee (R)$4,4009.48
Although a bit streaky, Seo's streaking in July batting .370 with 12 runs, five extra-base hits, four RBI and three steals in 11 contests. He's in the midst of a six-game hit streak and hit safely in nine of his last 10.
1B/2BJoo Hwan ChoiDOOG. Lee (R)$4,2008.53
Riding the wave of a 13 game hit streak, Choi makes for a nice low priced pivot at two positions. Choi's also hit safely in 14 of his last 15 contests with a .382 average and .452 on-base percentage in them with 11 RBI hitting in a loaded Doosan lineup.

2B/3BDong Hee HanLOTC. Kelly (R)$2,4005.78
His home run streak ended at two games going hitless on Saturday but Han's on a heater this month hitting five home runs driving in 13 in 10 games spanning 32 at-bats. He struggles to hit for average against RHP but Kelly's served up five home runs to RHH this year.
SSHa Seong KimKIWJ. Lee (R)$5,60010.74
Cracked two home runs in Monday's makeup game and hit three in his last three played. Kim's batting a robust .357 in July with three home runs and two stolen bases plus launched a dinger the last time he faced Dinos starter Jae Hak Lee when he did not complete two innings.
3BJae Gyun HwangKTWW. Saupold (R)$5,9009.08
Saupold allows right-handed bats like Hwang bat .351 this year and Hwang enjoys hitting versus RHP to the tune of a .308 average. Then one sees Hwang surging to a .404 average in July with five doubles, one home run and six RBI meaning he could be a part of KT's heavy favorite status in this game batting second.
3BKyoung Min HurDOOG. Lee (R)$4,6009
Back on the roster, Hur's blazing in July with a .500 batting average with three doubgles, six RBI and two steals in nine games. He also hits .374 against RHP with Lee due for some migration to the mean.
OFMel Rojas Jr.KTWW. Saupold$6,10012.29
Through 59 games, Rojas Jr. leads the KBO in two of the three triple crown categories ranking first in average (.383) and home runs (21) trailing the RBI lead by one to Altherr of the Dinos. Rojas Jr.'s also homered in back-to-back contests and hitting .410 in July with four home runs in only 41 at-bats spanning 41 at-bats. He launched a solo shot the last time his team faced Saupold and could leave the year again on Tuesday looking for a home run hat trick.
OFSung Bum NaNCDJ. Brigham (R)$5,40010.78
Not only should the Dinos roll to a win, Na should take advantage of Brigham's return to the KBO after giving up a .313 average to LHH before landing on the injured list. Na rested on Saturday but racked up four hits on Friday, batting .375 in July with four doubles and two home runs in nine games playing in a dome featuring two of the top offenses in the league.
OFAaron AltherrNCDJ. Brigham (R)$5,30010.98
Altherr's tough to ignore with home runs in two straight games going 5-for-his-last-10 with five RBI. His last 10 games yields a robust .341/.386/.610 slash with three home runs and 11 RBI plus three stolen bases. If Altherr hits in the heart of the lineup in a game with the highest run total and no rain issues, giddy up.
OFPreston TuckerKIAD. Buchanan (R)$6,00010.54
Even if using Buchanan as an SP2, using Tucker as a one off play makes sense. Tucker's launched three home runs his last five contests with four multiple hit games within them going 9-for-21 (.429) with two doubles, eight RBI and walked four times. Long story short, he's hot and in a power binge.
OFJung Hoo LeeKIWJ. Lee (R)$4,60010.17
Such a reliable hitter, Lee often gets overlooked. However, he's already set a career high in home runs, hits .354 against RHP with 17 doubles, eight home runs and 29 RBI while drawing 18 walks this season. This game could shoot out if both starter struggle and the bullpens get involved early.
OFHae Min ParkSAMM. Lee (R)$2,9007.46
For a second straight game, Park tallied two hits and added a double driving in one on Saturday. Over his last 10, Park's slashing .381/.395/.595 with nine runs, two doubles, two triples, a home run, six RBI and even stole a base for Samsung.
OFSeong Gon LeeSAMM. Lee (R)$2,8005.38
Why not add one more cheap play? Lee's three for his last seven with a double and a home run recording 28 DK points his last two contests. He's scored two runs with two RBI and if Samsung gets to Kim, Lee may be a part of it.

Tuesday's highest run total belongs to the Kiwoom and NC contest at 10.5 as of this writing. Seo's on fire (.370 in July), Kim launched two home runs in Monday's makeup game, Lee rakes versus RHP (.354) and Park's slugging over .700 in July with five bombs already. Last time Lee faced Kiwoom, he did not finish two innings.

Mini-StackHee Dong KwonSung Bum NaAaron Altherr
Playing in a dome makes targeting players in the slate's highest run total feel safer. Kwon's cooled of late but if he's hitting second ahead of Na could benefit from Brigham's rust and Kiwoom's overworked bullpen. Only in two Jokisch starts has a Heroes starter lasted more than four innings this month. Plus, Brigham only pitched three innings in a futures game last week before returning to the mound. Advantage, Dinos.
3DOOBears Opp. PitcherGeon Wok Lee
Mini-StackJose FernandezJoo Hwan ChoiKyoung Min Hur
It's tough to go all out against SKs Geon Wok Lee since he's held hitters to a .213 average against all year. But his 2.95 ERA comes with a 4.42 FIP meaning he's due for regression to the mean. Fernandez has been hot along with Choi and Hur making them a nice three-pack of players to use if Lee implodes on the road.
